Couldn’t be happier with my Hobik scooter. I was not sure what to expect as the price was very reasonable and I was afraid I might not get the quality that I needed for that low of price. Right out of the box I put the Hobic scooter through the paces. We had a week long trip to Disney World planned and it was the perfect test for my new scooter. Assembly was done in 15mins and then myself and my wife were able to lift it into the trunk with no problem. We are 69 years old and I have a lung condition which makes walking difficult. For six days and nights I rode it around the parks. After a full day of park hopping the battery wasn't even half way used. I did purchase the larger battery option and would recommend it if you plan on using all day, and into the night. Charged it while we slept and in the morning it was good to go. It’s not a speed demon but definitely performed as advertised reaching 4.5 mph and handling inclines effortlessly. We were able to maneuver on and off the Disney busses with no problems at all. All and all I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Next stop DollyWood!!!

Great so far. It was the low price option and I was dubious. Took it to Disneyworld and it was great. Good range. Perfect for purpose. I weigh 210lbs, and no issues. I hope it lasts a few years, which would be ok given the price.

I bought this scooter about 4 weeks ago for my 96 year-old FIL who we just put in an assisted living center. He can no longer walk even with a walker. The scooter was very easy to assemble and it worked fine. Then suddenly it stopped charging. My FIL now has no transportation. The center staff now have to pick him up in a wheel chair and take him to meals, etc. There was NO support info on the Amazon website. I called Amazon and they said they would contact the vendor and they will get back to me in 48 hours. I don't have 48 hours. I have used Amazon a lot over the last decade and typically have received great support. This is total nonsense and unacceptable by Amazon and whoever the vendot is. They never told me that. It's too bad because my FIL loved the scooter and called it his Porsche. But, if you cannot get any kind of support - it is NOT worth the investment. Mechanical items will break down, and you need support. DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER!!! Update: The vendor finally contacted me by email. They said they had no batteries in stock. This was not helpful. I would hve been happy if they had sent me a new battery and charging cord. But, no such luck.

I weight 350 lbs and it supports me easily. It's fast, and easily loaded and unloaded. It charges rather quickly and have driven it on rough rocky terrain without any problems. Great purchase for myself and a great value. It's nice to be able to go out and live my life again.
