It has added quality to his life and made it easier for him to do things with our family that demand a lot of walking. We recently went on a cruise and had an amazing time with him thanks to this scooter. Everyone complemented, asked him about it and he was so happy and relieved he didn’t have to walk so much. The light weight, easy to disassemble and compact size make it convenient to travel. The battery once fully charged lasts a long time. I purchased the M2 model after fracturing my patella. Overall I've been pleased. On the plus side, the scooter works great, was easy to assemble, has a lot of power and arrived before it was scheduled. It is easy to operate and is a good buy for what you get. The only drawback is that the M2 model seat does NOT swivel. Also on the plus side, I received an unexpected call asking if I had any questions and how I was enjoying the scooter. That's great customer service. They sent me a video to disable the back-up beeper which was GREAT and easy to do. ... show more
