This thing is built pretty good along with nice addons you wouldnt expect like dampner stearing shaft and rear adjustable shocks. Also full adjustments for alignment. Duel rear disk brakes. Parking brake. After I straighten alignment this thing drives like a dream. I take it everywhere. This thing goes off road unbeleivable. I take it through The woods trails or not. Just avoid sugar sand of course. I like The speed setting of 1-3. The speeds are set perfect. It's fast,make sure to have front wheels and rear shocks set and it becomes very comfortable and confident to use. At around13mph any scooter requires some caution.I dont think you can find a better machine for The money period. It folds so easy and fast. Undolds faster. I just wish there was a parts breakdown to order whatever whenever I want. I use this everyday. The headlight is also great. very bright with low battery draw.Both headlight and tail light make it great for night rides. The battery for it's size is amazing and unbeleivable. When I got the package the packaging was damaged. Unpacked the scooter and saw the horn was busted. Assembled the seat and it seems to missing a part for the seat. Charged up the battery and went to turn it on and got no power. Do not recommend this product especially with all the problems on a new item and it cost was expensive. I expect at the money I paid for it to be delivered in better conditioned then I got it. ... show more

    • it didn't come with instructions and it was heavier than advertized.
I shipped it back because it was way too heavy to handle and the control was too delicate. I could adjust the speed low enough.

This scooter will take you just about anywhere. The turning radius is too wide hard to maneuver in stores but because of the speed turning can result in unstable operation. Folding is simple enough but removal of the seat is a pain. The folded scooter fits in the back seat of our car or the trunk. Wouldn't recommend for an older and frail client since it would be easy to have mishaps with it. ... show more

Took a month to get and the seat was broken upon delivery. Been a month since it was returned but still no refund credit. Not a good experience.

Very easy to use, well built. just be careful is easy to tip because of the speed it can go, as any scooter would be that can go that fast. I use it all over the ranch and have no problem going almost everywhere

i did not get the basket and I was short a nut for the seat, the box had a bunch of holes. Also the right front tire hits the foot pedal. I will probably be returning this scooter.
