I bought this just for the white vacuum lids. To be honest I didn't even realize it came with the vacuum sealer also...lol. I'm glad it did though. It is really small, yet does a decent job. I still prefer using my full size vacuum sealer for long term storage items since it does get out a little more air. However, the smaller vacuum sealer is good for stuff I'm constantly opening and closing. No need to get out the larger sealer, etc. The smaller one is also nice for road trips. I keep meats and other possible things seal in mason jars. That helps keep my DC compressor cooler fridge from getting dirty/smelly during trips.

I have many Ball jars for cereal, crackers, chips... For years I have used various sealer with a hose attachment. they all work for a period of time but are a bit cumbersome. when the current one stopped sealing jars. I found this. Much more efficient, easier to use! The seal is super tight. A+

Well and neat packaging and has everything I need. The price is reasonable. Always want to do some canning but was worried about the shelf life. This vacuum sealer will ease my worries. Can’t wait to use it.

I started dehydrating things andstore them in a Mason© jar with like and bands. After I finally got the Mason jar sealer, so very easy. One thing though; always keep it plugged in as it doesn't keep a charge very well but I still love it.

This is just the best thing ever! I can waterbath and with a pressure canner. I started dehydrating food and needed a way to store that food and dry foods like rice and beans. Came across this and it is a game changer!! Before I put my dry goods in the oven to can. Now, I pop this too on, press the button, and presto. This gadget is worth it's weight in gold and a must buy for dry canning goods and dehydrated food!

I thought I would love this but don't. It doesn't have an automatic shut off. You have to guess when it's done. Nine times out of ten, the top pops off when I try to take it off the jar. You need to play with it and twist the top off carefully. I bought two, one for myself and one for my sister. I ended up keeping it but regret doing so. I don't recommend this product.
