The chair does everything as promised. Lift up, lay flat, heat and massage. I got the leather version. The seat measures 22 1/2 wide, not 24. That is a big difference around the hips, and I almost sent it back for that reason. However, I was able to strap the arms flat on the inside and fill in the seat difference with foam. The heat controller failed and was promptly replaced by the company. All in all, I am pleased with the purchase for the price, but they should change the seat measurements on the diagram, because I would not have bought a 22 1/2 inch seat.

The media could not be loaded. The first reason this chair deserves a 5 is the chair itself. I got this chair for my house at the start of October, 2024 and instantly fell in love with the it. The chair came in two boxes and was easy to put together (approximately 15 min). Once put together, the chair was ready for use. The chair easily leaned all the way back almost parallel to the floor and did not feel unstable at all. The assisted rising feature lifted at a steady speed making the rise easy and not feeling like you are being flung forward. A great feature for my family members with hip and back issues. The heat and vibration features felt nice on your body. The heat helps warm your muscles and does not get so hot that you feel like you are burning up. Add that with the vibration option and your tense muscles nicely loosen up. The chair provides three levels for the heat and vibration option making the chair suitable for different people’s preferences/intensity. The second reason this chair deserves a five star rating is the companies customer support. Unfortunately about a month and a half into using the chair a problem emerged. While raising the chair one day as it was reaching its max height, the chair fell back a couple inches. The chair did not tilt over or anything. It just went back down two inches quickly. Really catches your attention when you are expecting to just go up. Inspecting the chair revealed one of the bottom beams was bent. The bend gave just enough room for the lift bar to pop off and hit the adjacent bar. I reached out to the companies support through Amazon and it was honestly one of the easiest/nicest customer support interactions I had. There customer support reached out to me the same day, we talked back and forth about the situation, and I provided photos and video of the issue (please see attached photos/videos). They apologized for the damaged part and had a new seat base sent to me the next day along with providing the tracking number. Within three days, I had the replacement part and replaced the old one within 10 minutes (please see pictures). The chair works like new again. In addition, the customer support reached out to check on me and wanted to make sure I did not have any concerns or trouble with replacing the part. A great customer support team.

I searched a long time, studying different recliners online and at furniture stores. I finally decided to take a chance on this one, even though it only had a couple reviews. This chair had all the features I was looking for, and a very reasonable price, fast, free shipping, and a warranty! Delivered in two boxes, and was easy to assemble. My husband has a bad back, and has a hard time sleeping in his bed all night, and likes to move to his recliner to sleep a while. He absolutely loves this chair, he spends many hours in it, everyday, so it must be comfortable! He is 6’ tall, 165lbs. and the lift comes in handy, when his back is hurting and he can’t get up on his own. I bought the Amazon extended warranty, “just in case”, but hopefully will not need it! We’ve had the chair nearly a year, now. I will update my review, if we have any problems with the chair in the future.

Surprisingly good quality, genuine leather for under $400. This modern design features a power recline and USB charging port at this inexpensive price point as well. A great piece for small spaces or for those who favor a more modern design aesthetic.
