This scooter is, first, WAY bigger than I expected it to be. That's a fantastic thing, because it feels sturdy and secure and I'm not assaulted with speed wobbles when riding down hill at high speed (very steep hill on the way to work). It doesn't get up the hill, but I didn't expect it to. That hill is terrible, and this scooter is a nice way to catch my breath after dragging myself up a near 15% incline for half a mile. The scooter is just AWESOME. It hits 15mph easy and the breaks are SUPER SENSITIVE. Very good breaks, sometimes to my own detriment honestly, but I'd rather them too touchy than not touchy enough. Shocks can be adjusted for a smoother ride, which is a great bonus. The Bluetooth works like a charm. The folding mechanism gets a little sticky sometimes so it doesn't always want to unfold, but I'm getting the hang of that. This thing lives up to it's high weight class. I'm sitting around 180lb at just over 5'8 and this thing will drag me up a pretty solid incline at around 5-7 mph. It's a good ride, and if I weren't living somewhere so hilly I'd probably get to work even faster. I have a ~5.5mi commute to work, so a ~11mi round trip, and I get to work in just under half an hour. This thing wasn't even at half battery when I arrived to work in the morning. Can't say enough good things about this scooter. Best near $200 I've ever spent. 10/10! Also, the headlight is BRIGHT! VERY good scooter. ... show more

Said weight limit was 245lbs, yet the suspension blew out on a flat road and I only weigh around 175lbs at the very most. Battery life is terrible, dies after about 3-5 miles of usage. Max speed is only attainable by going down hill, if you’re planning on going on an incline of an inch or more might as well walk. Bluetooth function does not work at all and the front break is literally all or nothing. ... show more

I'm posting a five star review pending an update when I am in the position to judge the battery life appropriately, as I was a bit excited and started riding straight away, which was convenient and appealing! However ten minutes in the battery went from nearly 75 percent to zero, which is leading me to think this lack of sensitivity of awarness of the battery life may be responsible for some negative reviews.... I suspect this is the case, and will be extremely satisfied with my purchase if this scooter performs as promised because the design is super modern and sleek. It isn't designed to be carried long distances without a sling, however on the way back it functioned perfectly as a normal scooter; something I was trying to find out and couldn't from the reviews.... Stay tuned for the update; as for now it is highly recommended. If the company added a few more features on the display or a more accurate battery display it would be stellar, but let's be honest it's great. Update: It's the following day, and my suspicions were correct, the scooter is a must buy for this price.... It's the battery led indicator that I suspect is not entirely accurate as it gets low.. It isn't a hill climber if over 170 pounds, except for light ones. But the battery power is on point. I will update again when I test it's reach, but I am very happy so far! ... show more

I’ve had this for about two months now and it’s really good! I unfortunately crashed today and messed up the brakes wiring but other than that it’s a good scooter for the price! the battery has gone down a little bit but not too much, can go about 5-7 miles in a full battery

Entry level for sure and it does struggle on hills I don't know the exact degree of the incline it struggles on. The travel distance and speeds are as advertised and I use mine everyday weather permitting. Excellent for work commutes and small errands. When used with the public transit system here this thing is a godsend. I will look into purchasing a more powerful longer range scooter eventually but for now I'm happy with this one ... show more

    • Ok but Disappointing
It was nice, comfortable, and sturdy, but I needed it to have at least half of its reach. The scooter couldn't even do that, It could only travel 3 miles before it was unridable. When I buy a product I expect it to do what it says it will do. If I cannot replace it then I will refund it.
