Im in love! I've been faithful to magic Chef electric skillet since 1996 but, its a pain in the butt to clean. It stopped working after 11 yrs so I saw this that skillet actually detaches and is super easy to clean! Deep enough to cook anything in it, heats up fast, doesn't take up as much space as the magic chef ones I've owned for 29yrs. Timer feature is awesome. Food wont under or over cook.

I'm an experience cook and after cooking for a family of 9 for 40 years I wanted something that didn't leave a lot of grease around the counter, and stove top fry pans do. The depth of this appliance caught my attention. I've used it for frying meat, melting and sautéing ingredients and for boiling pasta, and soup and all has worked well. The cleanup is so easy and the pan handles are not hot right after you turn it off. I purchased a plastic slotted spatula to protect the non-stick surface and it cleans like a dream and I have not had any food stick to the surface while cooking with this the past 4 month. The size is fantastic to cook chili, soups, stews in, as well as any meal for 4-6 people. I love mine and it was exactly what I needed for the usefulness I bought it for. I love that you can just pick up the pan after cooking and plop it in the dishwasher.

My favorite thing to cook in now. I use it almost all the time. Especially when I cant be bothered wirh the stove. Its easy to use and easy to clean. The main reason I bought this specific one was because you could take everything off and clean it. It doesnt take up much space either which is a plus. Ive had it for awhile now and I can say it has held up so far. It seems like you are spending more but its well worth the money.

Novice Shabu Shabu and I watched a Korean family and tried my first time with excellent results. Had broth help from PF Chang but dipping sauces are a must. Had lots of leftovers. So good to cook at the table. Best new experience with this versatile unit. Griddled a steak perfectly.
