The media could not be loaded. I purchased this heater for our nursery. We wanted a smaller and safer heater than the one we had and this one fit the bill. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to assemble. It only needed the legs screwed in and then it was good to go! Very easy to assemble. The heater itself has two settings: regular and turbo. With the regular setting, begin by adjusting the thermostat all the way up and then when you reach the desired room temperature, turn down the thermostat until it clicks. That means the heater will automatically turn on and off to keep the desired heat. It's a little tricky because there's no visual indication of what temperature you're setting it at. We have an old house that leaks heat like a siv so we usually keep the heater thermostat up so it never turns off and it never overheats the room. The turbo setting pumps out quite a bit of heat! We use it to quickly heat up a room and then turn turbo off so the room doesn't overheat. The first heater we bought worked great for the first 4 months but then began making an obnoxious sound when first turned on. The noise would last for about 2-4 Minutes before stopping. It didn't impede function but would wake up our baby. The heater has a one year replacement warranty so I emailed customer service and they promptly sent a replacement. My wife and I kept the first heater to use in in our bedroom since we can endure the noise better than our baby and the new heater is in the nursery and works just fine. The media could not be loaded. I remodeled my office to look like an olde tavern. I needed an inexpensive "fireplace". This is great! It puts out wonderful heat when I need it and still produces a "flame" effect when I don't. I did run into an issue with the first one I received but the company was quick to respond and quick to fix the issue. I wish I could broadcast this to all Amazon shoppers: If you have an issue and the seller makes you remove a review or post a 5star review before they fix it, first tell them no, fix it first. If they don't, return it and review it honestly! Reviews are why people use Amazon in the first place. Keep gaming it and I'll shop some where else! ... show more

If one needs a small room heater, getting one that also looks great is a plus. It works as advertised, even has a thermostat to control its on/off function. Yes, the cost for the “looks great” feature is a bit more than the average room heater but I think it was worth it.

Heater is as advertised. looks nice. real looking flame/fire. heats the room nicely. Waiting on electric bill to see if it is easy on electric bill as stated. easy to assemble. putting legs on. temp control is based on hearing a click on the temp control switch. Hard of hearing so I don't hear the click. So far I gave it a 4 based on being as advertised. Hopefully it is as economical as advertised. ... show more

I absolutely love this! I bought it for our trailer in PA, super cold there now (October) and it heats the entire kitchen/living room area in minutes. It's super cute and perfect for us. I highly recommend this for trailers. Just keep it on low. I tried high and it popped the fuse. Low setting heats up my trailer quick. Worth the money, don't have to use the propane heat. I'll update when we go back in the winter. Can't wait to see how it heats up our trailer in 30 degrees weather 😂 ... show more
