Bought these as a cheap way to try out minimalist shoes. I have owned these shoes for a year now and put around 200 miles on them (100% of which were either in the Angeles Forest or Joshua Tree). Only recently the mesh started to tear at the toe bend but are still fully functional. I'd say these fully gave me my money's worth. Pros: - Light weight and nimble. - Wide toe box and neutral sole are a game changer. These helped me rebuild toe and arch strength and correct gait issues I'd had for over ten years. - Cheaper than other big brands in the minimalist category. - Highly breathable and dry quickly. Can be used as water shoes or for trails with frequent water crossing. Cons: - Thin soles let you feel it when you step on sharp rocks. This could be a pro though since it forces you to always be mindful of your steps unlike thick soled boots. - Thin soles don't protect from hot surfaces. If day temperatures exceed 100F it becomes unpleasant. - They look kind of goofy. I would only wear these for hiking.

These are nice shoes and I like that it does take the shape of my feet. The only issue I have is that in the front portion toward the toes it feels like some pressure on the toes due to the hardness of the material. If anything this needs to be corrected by the manufacturer. I are not socks with barefoot shoes and in this case it feels a bit of discomfort. Maybe I need to work them in for a while.

I’ve only had these shoes a couple of days but I can say they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had! I know some reviewers say their durability leaves a lot to be desired so we will see about that. I don’t intend to run marathons in them. They are my gym shoes and for wearing in the house and yard. Also, they don’t come in half sizes so I would go up instead of down. I wear a 10 1/2 so I ordered a 10 and had to return them and get an 11 and they fit great. So, I guess I could say the five-star rating is conditional for now.

I got these because i have always walked barefoot-but now that the area I live in is becoming more populated with people running from high taxes, it is becoming dirtier and I needed something...tried running shoes and after first walk developed huge blisters. Saw these and figured Id get them with the expectation of being disappointed and returning them. I usually wear a size 12 or 13 shoe depending on brand-so I ordered a 13. They are hideously ugly...they look like they would be uncomfortable as hell... I figured Id just rush in and put them to the test-a 3 mile walk , no socks, 95 degrees and 70% humidity. THEY ROCKED! Almost felt like being barefoot...didnt squeeze my toes and no blisters or rubbing at all! My wife said they are so ugly it almost makes them cute.... Ive been using them every day since, rain, heat, humidity on the road and gravel...no problems... Even if they wear out quick-Ill get another pair. These actually are a good deal

Bought these out of curiosity and was greatly surprised! Tried them out on a trip to Colorado mountains. They were very comfortable on the plane rides. Hiked a few middle grade trails and my feet felt great afterwards! Used them as water shoes for white water rafting and by the next day they were COMPLETELY dry!!! No moisture at all or musty smells! The toes held up great and the design is really comfortable. A+ grade in all categories.

These shoes are amazing for my wide flat feet. I don’t have massive pains anymore and it’s also stopping me from putting all my weight on one leg that causes leg stiffness and pain. Natural fitting shoes are the way to go! These mixed with toe spreaders to bring your toes back from a point to being able to spread out. It really helps my balance as well.

Researched it and its many rivals. Huge toe box, zero heal drop, very flexible (as advertised) to address my bunion problem. I removed the sole insert with the modest arch support to get more of a barefoot feel. Yet the sole is surprisingly tough. Can't believe the low price either.

These are the first barefoot type shoe I’ve tried… and I gotta say, first impressions are positive— these are crazy comfortable. I probably could use a size 10.5 but not available, so went with an 11. Slightly too big, but you can snug em up.
