However, when making the purchase, I looked on your page to see if you offer a trade-in or core return program—where customers can send back their old unit when buying a new one, as many other companies do. Unfortunately, I could not find that option, so I still have the old one sitting with me."...What's most important to know? The alternator works well and is an exact match for what I needed. Installation went smoothly, and it performs as expected. The only downside is that the seller does not offer a core exchange or trade-in program to send back the old unit, which is common with many automotive parts suppliers.

Good price and so far so good I’m 10 months in after installing and it’s doing fine. I had installed another one before from auto parts store so I was experienced with the install and this one had no problems with the fit or matching. Build quality seems good. The handy part was I was able to get this one quickly and shipped to the door so I could do the repair right there and get the vehicle moving before street sweeping day arrived and I got it at a good price. So again Amazon saved the day on this one There’s no core charge to get back like when you buy it in a physical parts store but the price difference reflected that and there’s a the consideration of not getting an easy warranty with it like when you go to the auto parts store with ease if there’s an issue after installing. But in this case I needed it fast to my door at a good price . This is an old vehicle and I’d replaced it once before and it auto parts store warranty was over .. that one failed early due to an issue I caused .. but getting this one shipped quickly where the auto parts store was a few days out on having it .. and the price reflected no core return .. so it was perfect for me.. my core on the old one is repairable so ..

Our 2014 Honda Odyssey broke down on a Saturday evening, and we needed a replacement alternator as quickly as possible. It was difficult to find one locally over the weekend, and the few options we found in stores were three to four times more expensive. We ordered this alternator on Sunday morning, and it arrived by 8 a.m. on Monday. The delivery was incredibly fast. My husband installed it, and the car started and is running well. It is still too early to comment on long-term durability, but so far everything is working as expected. For the price, fast delivery, and initial performance, we are very satisfied.

I checked Auto parts like AutoZone Oreillys and Advanced Auto Parts and the same part was almost $300 so I was a bit skeptical about ordering a car part like an alternator from Amazon but tried it anyways and I made the change and havent had any problems with the part. Needless to say I will be venturing out and buying more parts from Amazon as the cost difference makes sense to do so.. very happy with the purchase and the seller.

On February 18, 2025 I ordered this product for my 2015 Dodge Challenger and was satisfied with it's performance. Around the last week of January 2026, I began having issues. I purchased a new battery and discovered that the issue was not the old battery but the alternator's bearing was stating to fail. this forced the battery in power save mode. I made contact with Bdeli via email and informed them of my delima. I was then advised since I was still within the one year warranty time frame that they would reimburse me after purchasing a new one and there was no need to send back the old one. I ordered the new one and uploaded the new invoice on February 9, 2026. I have the new one on today February 11, 2026 and its performing well. As of February 11, 2026, I have not heard anything about me my refund but to let me know me that, I thought that was awesome.
