Have exercised for 3 days, feel very well made. A plus that it is self propelled and I find pretty quiet. Actually, like it very much. 4 stars, due to remote doesn’t function same each time. Will update review in month.

The media could not be loaded. I like that it's electric and has a remote for settings. It has a small mat that come with the bike. The bike is very stable I use mine on the fastest setting and it doesn't tilt over nor wobble. It doesn't move out of place while doing your exercise. My feet fits on the peddle just fine, I haven't tried it with shoes on. I'm sure of I'll have to adjust the peddle for my shoes to fit. I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more

One of the best ways to burn off blood sugar spikes is through exercise. I use this machine 15 minutes after my morning meal to accomplish that. I use this machine for my pre-arm workout mounted on a t.v. tray. Below it on the floor I use another brand with flatter pedals for legs. Using the two machines simultaneously gives me a great full body 15 min warmup before jumping on treadmill for 30 minutes. I use this warm-up method not only for my morning workout but again after lunch and after dinner. I just started doing this but I believe will help stabilize my blood sugar. My blood sugar is about 110 and my a1c is 6.8. Testing both in two weeks and we'll see what difference it's made. ... show more

I bought this product for my elderly father to help him with his circulation. He enjoyed using it until the remote stopped working about 4 months after we purchased it. When he told me about the remote, I reached out to get a replacement. Amazon says I need to reach out to the company who made the product. That company will not respond to my requests for assistance. My dad cannot bend over far enough to turn on the machine. So....until I can get him a new remote the machine is useless. ... show more

In the first place this does require some assembly. Not a problem for me but for others it might be. It does come with all the tools needed. Second the pedals were a significant problem for me. The straps were too small to use with shoes, and without shoes the pedals hurt my feet. Taking the straps off is a pain as they are held on by screws. Even with shoes the pedals were so small it was like putting my feet on a bar or ladder rung which also hurt, after 30 minutes of use. The worse part was the remote did not work. I could not bend down with my feet on the pedals to turn it on or adjust it; can't get your feet on the pedals once it's running. The manufacturer was aware of the problem and offered to send me a new one but needed my address. Amazon's over email said do not share personal information including my address. So what do you do? Lastly the thing was already making knocking noises. So I figured the easiest thing to do was to send it back. ... show more
