This is an early review because my son won't be home until tomorrow to try this thing out and I want to give it like a week or 2 and give an updated review on how it's holding up but here's what I've got so far. It took me, a mom, less than an hour to put together. It's not hard, don't be scared. It's simple stuff. And the instructions were easy and straight to the point. I really liked how well it was packaged and it came with all the necessary tools needed. It even came with pads and an air pump. Not sure if that was mentioned in the description but I was unaware so that was a nice surprise. It seems like it came charged. I might plug it in later just to get a full charge in it though. It feels well built so that's nice. I guess because it's a dirt bike I expected a sound but it's quiet. Makes no noise whatsoever. It's got a head light, brake light and a horn. He's going to love that!! Nice tires. The only thing I don't quite understand is the switch on the left handle that says 1 2 3. Not sure what those do and I don't really see much in the instruction manual about it. Either way, I'll upload more pictures and a video soon. ... show more

The bike has the power to pull pretty steep hills at a respectable speed without pedaling. It seems pretty well constructed and the brakes are strong enough and smooth. The tires are very toothy, but not bothersome on hard surfaces. The price seems good for nwhat you get. I have not ridden far enough to judge battery life, but if the gauge is at all accurate, it should make quite a few miles per charge. ... show more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bike stopped working after 2 weeks. Theres an error code on the bike that has to do with the motor. I am trying to return the defective bike but seller is no help. I had to file a claim with Amazon. The bike is nice though and really heavy.

My 13 year old rides the bike and loves it! It goes 19 miles an hour without adjusting, has held up great so far (3 months in), and is super comfortable to ride. I’ve had this bike for two days the first day I unfortunately had a flat tire after some tire slime and a patch. I’ve rode this bike for about 20 miles so far I’m happy with my purchase. I’m using it to commute to and from work which is about 3 miles there and back assembly was fairly simple. It has a nice bright light on the front and it has some nice pooling power up heels I weigh about 190 and it goes up some pretty steep hills easily. I purchased this for $546 shipped. I couldn’t be happier. I am going to upgrade the tires, however, to some thicker longer lasting ones. ... show more

I received my HiKeep Ebike earlier than it was scheduled which was really awesome! (You just need to politely request, and they will politely tell the buyer if the answer is yes or no. When my bike arrived, everything was intact. While I was assembling the bike, which only took me around 20 - 30 minutes to do, my coworker was literally astounded by the bike’s features. We thought the bike was excellent and great value for the price! And driving the bike, I was more than content with the size and speed. I almost did not need the manual to set up the screen display , kinda like plug & play! Do Not buy this electric bike! It took us three hours to assemble it, and the parts were missing or broken. It doesn’t go as fast as it says at all. And super wobbly. It’s the worst electric bike I have ever seen among my other two ones. I’m definite returning this and I wish I could give this zero star.
