So I have had this product for a little over a month or so I decided to wait before I reviewed. Pro: This induction oven cooks phenomenally and fast. It to the point I don't really use my gas range anymore because it doesn't cook as well. It's been a pleasure to have and use. Cons: The only two weird things with this prodect are as follows. When your turn it on and put the pan on it it makes a really high pitched frequency buzzing ear ringing noise and it does that I would say till the pan gets to temp. And can be like nails on a chalk bored sometimes. And two when using both burners I was not aware when purchasing that if one side is at a certain temperature it decreases the temp on the other burner which makes it impossible to cook 2 things at the same time because while one side is at the temp you need to cook the other sides temp is to low to really cook anything in a timely manner. It's very frustrating I would of bought 2 separate units if i knew this. Other then this I love the cooking quality

I bought it about 2 months ago and used it every day. Best of it is that has low cooking temperature and very high temperature which makes it easy to cook. I will recommend it , great buy.

Right burner worked and loved how fast water came to a boil and how quick my quinoa cooked The second use was on the left burner a day later and after about 2 minutes it stopped cooking with an error code of E6 which said in the book it meant over heating. It was set on the lowest setting 140F so I turned the power button to off then unplugged after the H for hot disappeared . I tried it out again and I noticed the fan was not running, (bummer) so It got returned. I loved the cooking on the right burner that was working, but haven’t decided if I will reorder as someone else had to send theirs back and reordered and had a problem with the second one they ordered as well. I will probably look for a different brand and read more reviews than I did with this one.

AND the size seems to be custom - so no drop in will fit the opening cut in our quartz countertop....I ordered this one while I figure out what we're going to do for long term...I love this thing! Works every bit as fast as our high-priced unit did for all of the five years it did...I'm seriously thinking of just canning the notion of having another hole cut, or loosing three drawers to get a slide in, and just keeping this unit and see if it can be "dropped" into existing hole. One huge plus that the big "name brand" appliance makers can take a lesson from is the glass top on this unit has a sort of "pebbled" finish not a shiny, smooth glass surface. Because of that it cleans like a dream instead of being all streaked and nasty like the slick surfaced cook tops do. Wish they made even a three burner drop in. Love this one.
