This electric chainsaw blade sharpening “dremel-like” tool shipped on time and it was in brand new condition. It comes with everything you should need to sharpen a chainsaw blade. I haven’t got a chance to try it out yet, because my saw is brand new and the blade is already factory sharp. Since it runs on electricity, using it out in the field will be a little trickier. I plugged the tool into one of those car battery jump boxes (halo bolt). It has an AC plug on it, and with the box being fully charged, it ran the tool comfortably at a speed that could be used for sharpening. I plan on taking the jump box with me out in the field , and using the jump box to sharpen my blade when needed. A quick note: this is basically just a generic Dremel tool, so you might say “i’ve already got a Dremel tool, so i don’t need this”. I have got 3 different styles of actually Dremel tools, but I’m dedicating this one specifically for my chainsaw, because it comes with everything i would need to do the job. I think, in the long run, it’ll be worth the price paid for it. All in all, i’d do business with this seller again in the future

I had an issue with the collet not opening enough to allow easy bit installation and removal. I contacted customer support and Candy Rose helped resolve my issue in a timely manner. Customer support was awesome, they stand beside their product. The sharpener is wonderful. My chainsaw chain has never been sharpened as well by hardware store services. I highly recommend this product and their outstanding customer support.
