    • I’m never riding a manual bike again.
The media could not be loaded. I haven’t had a bike for a long time. But with the Covid 19 isolation I was looking for ways to spend my free time in a better way and decided to go with a Bike. I am so glad that I went with electric one instead of a manual bike. I live in suburb area with lots of trails and beautiful paths for miles which I haven’t explored nearly as I wanted. But with the electric bike I have almost explored almost all bike trails near my apartment complex. The bike was delivered pretty quick and the packaging was compact and left next to my front door. However it was very heavy and I had to call one of my friends to get it inside and start assembling. The unit came with a small tool bag with all necessary tools and instruction booklets which I think can be improved. However assembling the bike was easier than I expected. All important components such as the electric motor, gear system, brake system and wiring had been already assembled to the frame along with the rear wheel. I just had to assemble the front wheel, the handle and the seat. Some of the features I really enjoy. The pedal assists in three different levels. The highest level really helps the hills and I don’t ever have to get down from the bike and push the bike. Full electric Mode – Easy switch to full electric mode enables cruise around with little to no manual pedaling. It is great to take a rest without interrupting the journey. I use this to get back home when I cover a lot of ground than I expected. Max speed up to 20mph, 25 miles in full electric mode and around 30 miles with assisted mode in one charge. Also the battery charges pretty quickly as well. Price is very competitive in any of store/online platforms However the bike is pretty heavy, so storing it in tight spaces can be a bit tricky. I use a delta bike hook to store the bike but I always remove the battery before I place it horizontally. The shock absorbers, brakes and speed shifters work perfectly right out of the box to my knowledge. I had to buy a bike pump because air pressure of the both tires was not enough out of the box. Also I went with a padded cover for the seat to make it extra comfortable. Overall I am really happy with this new experience and I have been using my electric bike for almost a month every day with no issues at all. ... show more

    • Update #4. Has some electric control issues that are easy fixed.

Update. The bike is working very well. The service team has been great and very responsive and helpful. They reached out to me recently to advise that they are stocking parts in New Jersey now and will be able to ship repair and replacement parts in a 3-5 day time frame which would resolve any of the issues we have had. Again a high quality built bike and a few electric control issues that they have resolved. Just remember to go through Amazon messaging if you have any problems. Update the bike broke again after about 5 months in use. The motor stopped working again. This time they replaced the main computer which was a simple repair but the part took over a month to arrive. When it’s working it’s a good bike but getting repair parts in the US is slow. Service through the Amazon contact was fast and very helpful it’s just the shipping delays. Old They have offered a $30 refund for the delay in part ordering which is very nice. Current. The meter took a month to arrive but it did fix the problem. Simple to replace just one tightening screw to attach it to the handle bars and simple plug into the wire. Bike works very well and they gave us a $20 payback for the issue and we where not charged for any of the parts. Leaving the 3 stars as it took the parts warehouse 2+ weeks to get it out the door. First update.I am providing an update as Amazon and the seller stepped up and has taken steps to resolve the problem. They are replacing the “meter” which is the control panel. If you need help go through the Amazon messaging and not direct to Vivi the manufacturer. Seller is way more helpful. I will update again if the new part fixes it or something else is wrong. FYI the bike construction is sturdy and well built. “OLD :We used it for 2 weeks and the panel started to flash and the motor would not turn. Have spent 2 weeks with product support with no help. Amazon return is useless as shipping is over $700 more than the bike. Do not buy this.” ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Okay, so first, the bike came with the tip of it's seat torn up in transport, see photos. Also, one of the tires wasn't fully seated in the rim. The good news is that the seller was kind enough to instruct me on how to try to mount the tire fully, and also offer me a partial refund for a new seat. I was originally going to give it 4 stars, but giving 5 because of the excellent customer service. You do have to assemble it out of the box and that took me at least an hour and a half to do on my own. The instructions are not particularly easy to understand at all, but with some common sense, you can figure it out. It has multiple speeds and can go pretty fast. You have to pedal for a few minutes to get the motor to start, and then it takes over the hard work for you, and you only have to pedal every once in a while to keep the motor going. You can adjust the pedaling difficulty if you're going up a hill or anything like that. It has quite a few different gear speeds. It's very sleek looking, I love the shiny black with red accents. It rides pretty smoothly, but I honestly think I'll be happy to get a different seat because the one it comes with isn't very comfortable. But it looks like a standard road bike seat. I think it will do the job nicely and I'm excited to ride it more. I hope this helps you decide! ... show more
