    • I’m never riding a manual bike again.
The media could not be loaded. I haven’t had a bike for a long time. But with the Covid 19 isolation I was looking for ways to spend my free time in a better way and decided to go with a Bike. I am so glad that I went with electric one instead of a manual bike. I live in suburb area with lots of trails and beautiful paths for miles which I haven’t explored nearly as I wanted. But with the electric bike I have almost explored almost all bike trails near my apartment complex. The bike was delivered pretty quick and the packaging was compact and left next to my front door. However it was very heavy and I had to call one of my friends to get it inside and start assembling. The unit came with a small tool bag with all necessary tools and instruction booklets which I think can be improved. However assembling the bike was easier than I expected. All important components such as the electric motor, gear system, brake system and wiring had been already assembled to the frame along with the rear wheel. I just had to assemble the front wheel, the handle and the seat. Some of the features I really enjoy. The pedal assists in three different levels. The highest level really helps the hills and I don’t ever have to get down from the bike and push the bike. Full electric Mode – Easy switch to full electric mode enables cruise around with little to no manual pedaling. It is great to take a rest without interrupting the journey. I use this to get back home when I cover a lot of ground than I expected. Max speed up to 20mph, 25 miles in full electric mode and around 30 miles with assisted mode in one charge. Also the battery charges pretty quickly as well. Price is very competitive in any of store/online platforms However the bike is pretty heavy, so storing it in tight spaces can be a bit tricky. I use a delta bike hook to store the bike but I always remove the battery before I place it horizontally. The shock absorbers, brakes and speed shifters work perfectly right out of the box to my knowledge. I had to buy a bike pump because air pressure of the both tires was not enough out of the box. Also I went with a padded cover for the seat to make it extra comfortable. Overall I am really happy with this new experience and I have been using my electric bike for almost a month every day with no issues at all. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Okay, so first, the bike came with the tip of it's seat torn up in transport, see photos. Also, one of the tires wasn't fully seated in the rim. The good news is that the seller was kind enough to instruct me on how to try to mount the tire fully, and also offer me a partial refund for a new seat. I was originally going to give it 4 stars, but giving 5 because of the excellent customer service. You do have to assemble it out of the box and that took me at least an hour and a half to do on my own. The instructions are not particularly easy to understand at all, but with some common sense, you can figure it out. It has multiple speeds and can go pretty fast. You have to pedal for a few minutes to get the motor to start, and then it takes over the hard work for you, and you only have to pedal every once in a while to keep the motor going. You can adjust the pedaling difficulty if you're going up a hill or anything like that. It has quite a few different gear speeds. It's very sleek looking, I love the shiny black with red accents. It rides pretty smoothly, but I honestly think I'll be happy to get a different seat because the one it comes with isn't very comfortable. But it looks like a standard road bike seat. Received this bike with a defective battery contacted the seller and was given the run around for at least two months! I texted the representative to obtain support and was told he needed a video of what the problem was with the bike. I explained that it would just shut down just after 30 seconds when riding it. The representative just keep telling me he needed more descriptions and videos of what was doing. I attempted to explain that it was difficult to operate the bike and take a video. I sent him everything I could and he still would not send me a battery. Finally after contacting Amazon he informed me a battery was being shipped to me. Amazingly that fixed the problem! That was what I informed the representative was the issue. What a nightmare! I guess at least I finally got a response from the mfg. seller. Good luck with your purchase ... show more

I bought this since it had a weight rating above 300lbs. For the price I got scared after ordering and reading reviews. If you’re looking for an electric motorcycle, this isn’t it. You will have to pedal. I live in a very hilly town and live several miles away from my job. I’ve had the bike for about a week now and put on close to 100 miles. It is so convenient to ride. I get about 10-20 miles on the battery depending on my riding and the hills. It has power to get up and go. On a flat road, this bike can easily hit 20mph. The fastest I had this was coming downhill and I was at 38mph. It’s a very decent bike for the price and I’m happy with the purchase. I will say that purchasing mirrors and a rear light is helpful. Oh, as a big guy, the seat is not super comfortable, I would recommend getting a bigger seat, trust me, it’ll make riding much more enjoyable. It’s no bigger than my other bike I have. The tires do seem to be cheap but once they wear down I’m sure the local bike shop can change them to a much better tire for me. Overall, you won’t go wrong with this bike. ... show more
