My dog loves this toy. He can play keep away, shake it vigorously and puts his chin on it while he rests. Theo is 15 lbs and can be hard on toys. The head is big enough so that he cannot take the eyes out, only the neck! If a toy lasts a month, we consider it a good buy.

My Frenchie is a toys worst nightmare. He promptly ripped the head open and removed the stuffing and the squeaker. Since then he had removed the plastic in the tentacles. The reason for a stars??? He still loves it and plays with it every day. It does hold up to tug of war with our other dog. Most toys are considered disposable in our house but this one looks like it may be around a while. I would buy it again.

12 minutes. That's how long this toy lasted in it's complete form. Durability is a concern for a product that is described as "for Aggressive Chewers." That being said, those 12 minutes were full of joy for my 8 month-old, 48-pound Golden Doodle. This comes out to about $1.17/min of joy -- which isn't bad, all things considered. Though the stuff is now strewn about our house, our dog still enjoys chewing upon the empty carcass. Will check back in 1 week with another durability and joy report

I purchased this dog toy for my MIL’s new dog. As soon as she introduced it to the dog, the dog played with it the rest of the day and plays with it every day. I didn’t find any noise makers in the head portion, but all of the arms on this octopus crinkle as they are filled with crinkle material. For as much as the dog has played with it, she hasn’t destroyed it yet or even placed a hole in it. The octopus is about the size of a mini basketball or one of those spikey plastic balls from a claw machine. It looks great and keeps the dog entertained with minimal noise. The dog loves to chew on the arms as well. The stuffing hasn’t been exposed yet so it seems pretty sturdy. I will definitely purchase this again if the need arises.

I think this is the 3rd or 4th time ordering. My Pug LOVES these squeakies and they keep on squeaking. Fun characters and safe/well made for your doggies (that are not aggressive chewers, as my dashaund chewed through any softy in seconds)

Awesome, Amazing, Held up to my 70lb+ Pittie for more than a week now!!! that is HUGH!. I expected the usual 24 hour period, LOL.. that is normal for My River which is why I do not buy toys like this anymore. But he loves to swing his head and play tug, and he is an aggressive chewer (Big Ole Love Bug otherwise), so I figured what the heck. I cannot express how pleased I am that it is literally still in one piece. I will buy more w/o a doubt. I Recommend

Received this toy today. It is definitely not as large as indicated in the picture. Might do for a medium dog, but kind of small for a large dog. My 85-pound Gizmo has been chewing on the head squeaker and it's held up through about an hour, but we'll see. He doesn't care much for the crinkling arms, but I'll play tug with him later to see just how sturdy this is.
