  • One more place on your bike that can carry stuff is always good.
The double zippers run all of the way around three sides of the cover compartment which allowed me to stuff my old Note 9 cell phone in without removing its protective case and it fit perfectly once I got the retaining straps adjusted. The clear window still allowed me to navigate my screen with surprising ease and accuracy, even though I was working through not only the bike case window, but also the screen protector that is part of my phone case, so that was a pleasant surprise. Also, in spite of the rubberized zipper seal, I was also able to manipulate the phone's side buttons without having to open the case or remove the phone, so along with the small amount of shade provided by the case's little screen hood, this thing actually provided a pretty impressive level of smart phone functionality. The zipper seals worked really well, even when subjected to a prolonged dunk under a running faucet, so it's certainly nice to know that the water-proof phone, inside the water-resistant case, inside the water shedding bike case is going to stay dry. Now I just have to make sure I don't get run into a ditch by a passing motorist (the U.S. really does suck on that level, because that is a very real thing here). The hook & loop straps provided to secure this to your top tube and steering neck are very aggressive and long enough to wrap my fatty Cannondale top tube with plenty to spare, but this would not be appropriate for fat top tubes on E-bikes without some sort of strap lengthening mod. The hook & loop straps are strong enough that I can literally pick up the bike holding nothing but the bag and nothing comes even the tiniest bit loose. The buckles are some sort of thermoplastic and more than substantial enough to stand up to whatever abuse is absorbed by the straps. The internal seam tape and stitching is well done Size wise the main compartment can easily store my tool kit, a handful of energy bars and a wallet, so being quick to detach and deploy as my baseline short trip bag makes it all the more functional. A quick tug on the straps and I can carry the entire rig into the coffee shop with me in one hand, or use the straps to create a carrying handle, or just attach it to a belt. Overall this is proving to be a very capable little bit of kit that I really enjoy having. It just works, and it helps unclutter a bike ride while also offering my possibles a more secure environment. For all that it does I consider the asking price to be a very reasonable value for the money, and the product itself a lot more functional than I first thought it would be. The reflective panels work pretty well, and there's an external port that allows a wire for earbuds to be routed that somehow stays dry, so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall a very functional pouch for a decent price. ... show more

  • Niche small bike mounted bag good if you can't mount something larger
This top-tube phone bag is a convenient way to keep a phone visible and small essentials close at hand while riding. The EVA hard shell gives the contents structure and protection, and the included rain cover keeps your phone dry even in wet conditions. The mounting straps are straightforward, and the touchscreen window keeps navigation accessible without requiring a separate phone mount. The included storage area is honestly not that large to hold much -- it won't fit most bike locks, which makes sense, it's just about the size of your phone. But, if you need an extra storage layer that can also hold your phone, this might make sense if you don't have another mounting option available. ... show more

  • Works great
I liked this EVA hard-shell bike phone bag a lot: the rigid EVA shell and waterproof rain cover actually protect my phone and small gear on wet rides, the TPU touch window is responsive for navigation, and the triple Velcro mounts hold the bag steady on my top tube without wobble. Fit, protection, and build *Fits phones under about 6.5" (check your phone’s length/width first); manufacturers list compatibility with phones like iPhone XS/11 and many Samsung models. *The one-piece EVA hard shell gives real anti-pressure and shock resistance, so the bag keeps its shape and protects the phone from impacts and frame rubbing. *Waterproofing comes from water-resistant materials, sealed zippers and a dedicated rain cover — good for showers and splashes but manufacturers advise not to submerge the bag for long periods. Usability on rides *The transparent TPU touchscreen window (0.25–0.3mm on many models) is quite sensitive — I could use maps and start/stop rides without taking my phone out. *Mounting is simple: three Velcro straps fit round and some oval tubes and keep the bag secure even on rougher trail sections. *Interior capacity is useful: besides a phone it fits keys, cards, a small pump or multi-tool and an energy gel or two in the mesh pockets. What I liked (quick bullets) *Solid protection from knocks thanks to the EVA hard shell. *Responsive touchscreen access and clear visibility for navigation. *Built-in rain cover and sealed zippers for rainy commutes. *Stable attachment with multiple Velcro straps; minimal bounce. What to watch for *Size limits: the bag is sized for phones under ~6.5", so larger “plus” or very tall phones may not fit — measure phone length and thickness against the seller’s dimensions. *Heavy rain / long submersion: while water-resistant and equipped with a rain cover, several brand pages caution against prolonged soaking — don’t treat it like a drybox for heavy downpours. *Some hard-shell versions are stiffer and can feel bulky on smaller frames; check dimensions if you have a compact bike or aero top tube. ... show more

  • Good storage capacity, Nice to have constant screen access.
This is a good frame bag, I've been using it for almost a month and it has been durable. Having access to the phone screen while riding is really nice and the storage capacity is much larger than my last bag. The strap is easily adustable so I think it will fit well onto most bikes, it fits great onto a Puckipuppy Labrador mountain style ebike. The zipper are sturdy, the stitching is professional, the overall production quality is very good. I think this is a good value considering it has held up to some abuse and has really good storage capacity. ... show more

  • Useful pack but needs adjustments
This is a very nice bag that sits on the top tube and anchors to the stem. The bag is about 11" long and 5" deep. This gives you a lot of storage space to place your keys, tools, and wallet. The section that holds the phone was spacious, my Samsung Fold 4 had no issues. The plastic covering was indeed responsive to your touch, allowing to interact with the phone. Anchoring to the stem did not interfere with handlebar movements. The only issue I had was the strap for the top tube. My bike is the Trek Powerfly 4 which has a thick welded section at the top and down tubes. This prevented the velcro front bottom strap to wrap around the frame. I added an extra velcro strap to extend the reach. The second bottom velcro strap had no issues. So far the bag does stay in place. I will take it out on the trail to test its durability. I do like its placement as I have access to my phone to do a quick check if something pops up. There is some manufacturing issues such as trailing stitching but nothing that prevent the function of the bag. It looks to be a great bag for commuter/cross country style use. ... show more

  • Fantastic fit and excellent phone protection
I'm very impressed with this bag. It fits perfectly on my frame and holds steady throughout a ride without any shaking. It's spacious enough for a wallet, keys, and snacks. The phone slot on top easily accommodates a variety of phone models, including larger devices like the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The touchscreen is highly responsive, allowing for effortless map navigation right through the clear window while keeping the device shielded from the sun (and rain). If you are looking for a secure, weatherproof bag that actually fits larger phones, this is a perfect choice. ... show more

  • Clever solution for phone and spare tube
This bike frame bag is an ideal solution for keeping your phone screen accessible but protected. I ride through a lot of wooded singletrack trails and I love that this bag keeps my phone off the handlebars where branches and brush are constant dangers, but keeps the map screen handy. The touch screen can be manipulated through the clear plastic overlay so light rain and mud won't touch your device. It's designed for e-bikes but functions just as well for mountain bikes, just use caution not to over-tighten the straps if your brake and shift cables are routed on the top tube. The bag is plenty large enough for a snack, tools, a small pump and a tube or patch kit and the internal padding keeps the rattling to a minimum and shields the back of your phone from any stray allen wrenches or tire levers. The design is modern and the reflective highlights improve side visibility at night. Sturdy materials that should hold up to years of use. ... show more
