Revised. It isn’t worth the money. The tires deflate immediately after any significant use. I left my first review below because we loved it. But today, 3 weeks after the purchase we took it on a 20 mile paved road ride with our other bike of the same brand, only 2 weeks old. They faired fine, as you would assume when you spend almost $1,000 on something. Then we get home, and park them to find that 3 of the 4 tires have completely lost their air. I pumped them all back up but I can hear the air leaving the tires again. What in the world?! I put it together today and found it fairly simple to assemble. The directions are not great, but it was easy to find helpful videos on YouTube. The bike looks awesome, drives very smooth (I love the double shocks on the back tire), max speed is 32, and it is super fun to zip around on. The second battery located under the seat is difficult to slide on but I think it’s more of a learning curve issue that I’ll get better at. Having a second battery is a great feature. Could used just for fun, but also could function as a commuter bike with the extra battery. I’m 5”8 150lbs, and I fit perfectly on it. Great purchase!

I am 66 with 9 knee operations so I wanted a bike for exercise with motor to assist and I love this thing!! long range and fast and handles well, I could not be happier with purchase !! update, I have had the bike for 1 month and put 650 miles on it and lost 10 lbs and no problems with this bike it just gets better !!

It arrived on time but my main issue was the housing for the Horn, turn signal and light was broken. looked like it got crushed in transit. I have tried to reach out to customer service and it has not been simple by any means and I have still not been able to contact them. I pray I don't run into any other issues because I don't know how the warranty would even work if the website to register just sends you on a wild goose chase. This is My first Electric Bike/Moped and it has not disappointed. I am a Right Below knee amputee and wanted to be able to ride longer distances here in cape cod without issues and this bike has been able to allow me that freedom. I currently sitting at 40 Miles ridden on it. Its Bulky and Heavy so be prepared to Lift with your legs. I dont see myself being able to put it on any kind of bike rack on the car so its only going to travel locally with me. Pedal assist is great there are 5 stages and each has its own max speed. so when I am pedaling on the bike path I put it in stage 1 or 2 and its top speed is 8-12mph the same speed as the other bike riders. When I ride it on the Main Road I put it in stage 5 and it gets me at 5'10" 200lbs to a cruising 34mph. Using the throttle alone no pedals. it has a 7 gear shift on it I keep it usually in 4th or 5th gear for when I pedal. Really its just for appearances so I dont get stopped. the headlight and tail light run once its turned on. But you can activate the headlight and that turns the illumination up greatly. it lit up the entire road from side to side infront of me and about 20ft ahead of me. perfect for an evening ride. But I wouldnt depend on it once the sun went down. Only cause other drivers are CRAZY! It has working Signals which is cool and a loud Horn. The display is bright, and I am able to see it clearly even in the middle of the day with the sun glaring down on it. it has safety features where you can't pull the throttle when the brakes are pulled so sadly no cool burnouts but also so random run aways while waiting for the light to turn. It was fairly easy to put together. instructions can be a bit confusing if you don't take your time with them. I was in a rush and had to take it apart a bit to fix the problem I created for myself. I cant speak to much to the Battery life as of now but I did ride probably 25 Miles on my longest ride and still had maybe 1/4 of the battery left. and the bike I got comes with 2 batteries so I dont see there being any issues in the future. It does Ride very stiff. this is not gonna glide over rough terrain and it does handle different than a regular bike more like a motorcycle. so remembering to lean into turns and throttle through is important.

Overall I like quality and build of the bike, however, the battery life seems to be very disappointing. The reason why I bought this dual battery electric bike was to get longer range. So far, 11 miles of pedal assist and throttle drains my battery life from 100% to 50%. The two 15ah batteries that this e bike came with do not seem to hold the juice for very long. I will continue to do some range testing on this electric bike, and may update this review latter, if I find out anything different. For now, the only reason why I would not recommend this electric bike is because of the poor battery range.

Faster than I expected one of the best e-bikes I've owned this is probably the 4th or fifth one I've gotten in the last few years and I think this one is built to last the fact that it comes with the two batteries and the stronger motor is a key factor would definitely recommend

The media could not be loaded. Very good and fast, super smooth and crazy good range. The dual battery’s are crazy power and the 2000 w peak motor is insane.
