I purchased in July 2023 the (VNUVCOE) Keteles K800, a 2000W dual battery, dual motor fat tire ebike. This is a very good bike. At 2000 Watts with dual motors it's currently one of the most powerful fat tire ebikes on the market, and at under $1500 (with discount) it's a really good bargain. On top of that, VNUVCOE will stand behind their product. I noticed in late November 2023, that my battery was no longer charging, On December 3rd I contacted Keteles US directly, they redirected me to VNUVCOE, I then contacted VNUVCOE on December 4th, explained the problem, they agreed the problem was with the battery and reissued me a new battery, I just received the battery today December 7th, installed it on the bike and test rode the bike, I then hooked up the charger to the battery and battery is charging as it should. Great Bike, Great Price Price, Great Service, I would recommend/purchase again from VNUVCOE!

These bikes are absolutely amazing! When it arrived and I assembled the bike it was very east. Instructions are easy to read and easy to follow!! I have purchased 4 more of these bikes for the entire family. I do have the pro version which is worth every penny. These bikes have such a HIGH LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE no other e bike can compare to the power These have. Very pleased with the battery life as well we have ridden 30 miles and more on single rides and this bike will NOT LET YOU DOWN! Communication from this company is also the best!!

It deserves only 1 star in several ways. The computer constantly fails. It hits the throttle at random times when nobody is touching the handlebars. Then the pedals make a loud creaking sound when you put weight on them in the general area of the pedal sensor. The AI that controls the motors takes sometimes 3 tries from the throttle before it works, which could get you killed if you're pulling onto a busy street. Also you have to pedal about 5 times before the motor kicks in, and with the bike weighing about 120 lbs 85kg, getting started is when you need the motor the most. It also deserves 1 star for using a photo of a little girl in the description to intentionally deceive people to not check the size. You need to be at least 6 ft 182 cm tall to get on, and it's better if you're 7 ft tall. Somebody obviously helped her get on and off of it for that photo. It deserves 5 or more stars for looking cool. I get compliments regularly everywhere I go. It is a joy to ride on or off road. Ordinary homeowner's insurance doesn't cover this type of vehicle, I had to get an expensive motorcycle policy charging me a gawd awful $25 a month for a bicycle, which is not Ketele's fault, but something to keep in mind if you want theft insurance. I've got it a little wet a couple times and so far nothing rusts on it. It comes with free tools that are surprisingly high quality to put everything together which took me a solid 6 hours to assemble. The instructions are excellent. I've only had to charge the battery twice in 6 months, but I pedal very hard. The battery takes about 12 hours to charge.
