Assembly was quick and easy-after a full charge, it was ready to ride. I'm impressed with how surprisingly quick yet stable the bike feels. The media could not be loaded. So I decided to get my son a bike for school because they decided to cancel bus service for our area this year. Pros- 1. Good build quality. The bike is about 80lbs. The frame is sturdy. Tires are good. 2. Good pickup..the bike will take off as soon as you rev the handle bar. I'm 160 lbs and it will go 23mph on sport mode..my son is 120 and he can take it to 25mph. 3. Lights are bright in front and back. Turn signals work well. Cons- The only cons I have is the seat is kinda low. I'm 5'6 and it's difficult for me to put my feet on the pedals. If it was 3 to 4 inches higher it would be great. But overall, for just a beginner bike it's great I would definitely recommend it.

It is extremely difficult to use the pedals on this bike. We bought it for my daughter, that fits their website description (height) and she cannot pedal the bike! The padals are even more challenging, because there are no gears to help. I have requested a full refund and the seller is demanding $100 for shipping fees!!!!! They say that they are also willing to pay me $20 to keep the bike and sell it to a family member. UNREAL!!! Why should I go through this or have to pay 1c, when they falsely advertised the statistics about this bike??? What a nightmare we are experiencing. Be careful buying from 3rd party sellers. Only purchase from Amazon Prime!!! Lesson learnt

I just received this electric bike and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The motor feels powerful and smooth, and the fat tires make the ride very stable on different terrains. The removable battery is easy to take out and charge, and the range looks promising even after my first few rides. The overall build quality feels solid and sturdy. It’s still new for me, but my first impression is very positive – definitely worth the purchase!

Perfect for my husband as it has a big comfy seat and easy to get off and on. He's over the weight limit for most of these bikes and because of his bad knees, the 26" tire ones are tough for him to get on. Heavy duty and super fun to ride. Not sure of the battery life yet. I did notice that this one is slower going uphill than my other 3 electric bikes ( 2- 26" fat tires and one foldable 20" fat tire) and it does not fold (my mistake, I thought it folded when I purchased but I misread it) these would be the only downfalls that I can find.

Mine came with an error 25 code, but customer service was great at solving the problem. Set up was easy (myself alone) 2 ppl would be handy, lol, with tools included. I can get up to 35 mph on a straight away and weigh 210lbs so pretty cool. Going uphill is OK, it drops down to 20mph uphill at a 30° incline, again not bad since im 210lbs. Overall I love this bike n can't complain... took it 2 work n ppl were drooling over it n couldnt believe the price i got it 4, only down side is shipping costs but nobody can escape that. I added a few things to mines, like clamp on turn signals front n rear, rear view camera, mirrors, a brighter bike light, some hooks for helmet or bags n a louder horn. Looking for a universal rack to add to the back but so far I haven't found any that will fit the frame. Still a great buy in my book. My only wish is that it could go faster and to have another 1 lol, 1 isn't enough!!! My family and friends fight over who gets to ride it next.!!!!!
