For starters, I bought the 12 inch, 8 pack and used all of it. Everyone was spot on about how soft this hair is. It's very soft and lightweight. I received so many compliments. The lady who did my hair couldn't stop raving about how much she liked the hair. I did, however, have a few issues: The hair kept tangling. Maybe it was because of the jewelry??? Everytime I ran my hand through my hair, I had to detangle it and out came a strand or two. The hair started to frizz just two weeks after I had it put in. Also, two of the hair fell out within this two week period. I truly love how soft the hair is. I'll definitely try it again. I won't use the jewelry to see if that was the reason for the tangling and frizzing. ... show more
