Negative: No operational instructions ie settings controls etc. Still learning how to make adjustments and manipulate display. The bike isn't that great. But they made it right. It arrived broken inside the box, with no damage to the box. I contacted the company thru Amazon with the news. Chris was quick to send me a reply & sent out a part to replace the broken one. I also wasn't happy with the way the handle bars were so forward & low. So Chris sent me a riser & two different goose necks so I could get them adjusted to exactly what I needed. I also bought an extra battery, which Chris offered me for half price. Overall, I am happy with the out come. This is my first electric bike. I'm a bit disappointed with the way the power assist works & the little power that it has. I was expecting it to just assist with the speed I pedal. But it just accelerates to max speed as long as the pedals are moving. The max speed seems to be adjusted by the 9 settings it has which are easily adjusted on the fly with buttons on the handle bars. I was also expecting enough power to do wheelies, or at least be able to pull the front tire off the ground a little bit. But thats not the case. It just gently accelerates. But on the other hand, I did notice the front wheel pulling me out of what would have been a washout in the dirt & rocks. I would like to do more research to find out if any of the other electric bikes have a more instant response of power. So I have no reference for that. But I'm getting used to the bike & how to ride it. My last two rides were much better than the first three. The instructions are almost non-existent. But I'm hoping that thru my complaints that they will up their details in their future shipments. So there you have it. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this if Chris hadn't made things right.
