Very very good purchase.
Got this as a last mile tool. I travel for work and my work truck has samsera and Mobil eye so driving it on errands is a nuisance. So I got this to ride while at hotels during week to grab drinks or food. I ended up using it more to just go and explode and have fun. This bike is amazing. For the price on speed 3 it flies. I’m 185lbs and this bike using pedal assist can go up way steeper hills than I expected. Used it yesterday all day on and off. Went about 25 miles and it still had half battery life. Pretty amazing. Buying one for my wife as well. Worth every penny.

Bad quality
If I had the option to give this product zero stars, I would. Do not purchase this particular e-bike unless you want to lose your money. I purchased this bike in June 2025. It all of a sudden stopped working. I took it to a local bike shop who stated the ignition and battery blew out. It’s beyond salvageable. I left it with them to dispose of properly. I returned to Amazon to ask the seller to explain how such an expensive bike stops working just 1.5 months after the warranty expired. I used it very sparingly. Over the last year. I’ve only put 70 miles on the bike. Otherwise, it was kept in an air conditioned room. In response, the company asks me to open up the electrical hood, asks me to diagnose the wires, and to try recharging the battery and what not. I’m not a professional bike technician, and I already found a bike shop to do all that. However, without picture proof, this company will not provide any compensation or explanation of why such an expensive product has such bad quality materials. It is just my luck. I probably received a lemon product. Blame it on the customer who took it immediately to a bike shop, have the bike shop dispose of it without immediately remember to taking photo proof. And all the company can say is: sorry, without picture proof, we cannot prove that the product was defective and that its beyond the 1 year warranty, too bad, there’s nothing they can do. Steer away. Find something more reliable.

It's a great bike and all that sucks is that the tires are too easy to go flat we're getting a nail or something stuck in it and it's like solid rubber tires or solid tubes
