For the price this bike is high quality. Maximum speed in power level 5, using both motors is around 35 mph. Has tremendous power for trail riding and hill climbing, and it has more range than I do. In other words, by the time I'm exhausted from riding, there is still more than 50% left on the battery. The 4" tires handle rough trails, sand and loose gravel very well. The biggest downside is that the power is not proportional to the pedaling torque/effort. It turns on/off based on whether or not the pedals are turning. This makes it a bit jumpy if you are in a low gear with a high power level. And the chain and sprockets will be subject to rust since they are carbon steel, but we keep it garaged when not in use, and will seldom ride in the rain. We bought two other higher-end bikes for my wife and I that have torque sensors, so they are smoother and easier to ride, and the batteries and controllers are stored within the frame. I suspect that they will last longer because the chain and sprockets are stainless steel. So this bike is better suited to the power junkies and athletes (like our a young adult children), who love it, while my wife and I (senior citizens) love the higher end bikes because they are smoother and look high-end. This is a great solution for us, the kids have a more powerful, funner bike that is cheaper, so it will be ok if it gets banged up on the trail riding, while my wife and I can cruise the local scene with our city bikes. ... show more

Product took about 8 business days to arrive. Upon unboxing the product I noticed a couple minor things with the bike not up to snuff. I contacted the support team with images via an email. To my surprise the support team met me with an excellent resolution. I can’t say enough good things about the support staff as any time I have had questions even prior to the purchase they replied in a very timely manner(24 business hours) I did have to wait the weekend for the resolution(believe it or not they take weekends off overseas as well) but as I woke this morning I had a prompt resolution. I have 40 miles on the bike so far while 30 of them being tested at a WMA on various soil types. Gravel, sand and tall grass including riding in the woods over down tree limbs were no match. Some use with just the throttle and some using peddle assist. Overuse the 40 miles I have about 25% left on the battery it says. I have yet to fully drain the battery however I do plan to try very soon. (Really want to put the test on what the range claims are for this bike. The dual motor is a nice feature with a very quick single push toggle button on the handlebars. Overall the appearance is very sharp. I have had Fun using this bike. The real tests will be during hunting season and into the early ice fishing season. The product also feels very sturdy. Worth the money if you are uncertain the E-Bike world is for you. Update: full tilt PAS5 setting today net 26miles, throttle assist to get started from stops(many stop signs and intersections) very little peddle assist on todays ride but top speed was 29ish mph ... show more

I received my bike 2 days ago. Unfortunately due to some logistical problems the bike showed up 2 days later than originally planned. I contacted Fangqs directly and they were excellent at communicating with me and making sure it wasn’t delayed any longer. They were also kind enough to refund me $200 towards the shipping cost. When I received the bike I was impressed the box was in one piece and I damaged as was the contents inside. Took about an hour to properly put together. HINT: a 2nd pair of hands makes the process much easier. Everything went together right and smoothly. The only problem I encountered was the rear underside of the seat where the tail lite is supposed to clip in for some reason the plastic retaining clip appears to have melted at a 45 degree angle rendering it useless in holding the tail light in place. The bike goes as advertised 38mph that is full power both motors. I am very impressed so far with the range, speed, and torque. Beware this bad boy want to lift off the ground when you accelerate full throttle max power. I will continue to ride and Cole back for a 90 day review at which point I will have probably faced every terrain and climate possible. I would highly recommend this e bike to anyone looking for a powerful e bike that will climb hills and keep up with traffic. ... show more

I honestly love the bike I have very few complaints the build quality is really good everything feels very premium like the frame wheels the display and the handle bars I do have some complaints the breaks are horrible for as fast as this goes the breaks are not very good for my standards i plan to upgrade them with sram code r with 220 mugura floating rotors ontop of that the suspension dosent handle very well on sharp off roading it's a cruiser bike with very very good power I believe that if it had a better middle suspension and forks with better breaks this bike would be killer aswell with a slightly bigger battery and less touchy throttle but you can switch it to single motor I have tried multiple ebikes and I personally would recommend this bike to any experienced rider looking for something to get around off roading and comuteing aswell I will say if your flying at max speed I don't think it's safe unless you upgrade the breaks and suspension and lastly don't take blind corners this is a great bike with very little flaws ... show more
