The bike is pretty good actually. Hold a charge for long time. *The head light doesn't work on either bike. (I bought two bikes) they do 25 mph and the acceleration is good. Seat is uncomfortable but we are loving them so far. Would recommend.

I am very happy with the bike - great quality, functionality, and easy to assemble. But don't lose your manual!! Unfortunately somewhere along the way mine was thrown out (I think!) and it is NOWHERE online and customer service was unable to help me get a new one. Very disappointing.

No information on battery. How or what to do with charger in tiny box. Uncomfortable is an understatement. However easy to put together. FAST AS HELL.. caught me off guard. Rode on the beach today thick sand uphill dunes, high wind. It excelled! So far so good. Ordered a comfy seat. These bikes are made for serious off roading.. hence the uncomfortably. The bike was great for about a month, the exact time before I couldn't return it. The battery is going out very fast and no one can help. Would not recommend this company or bike unless you like things breaking on you when you need them the most. God bless an good luck
