Looks good but having major issues getting it to go. There is no number to call for technical assistance and the email address goes no where. Everything lights up as yet should but it doesn't move!!!

Its a great product for the price. Bike is durable and comfortable. The only complaint i have is they say the bike does 36 mph. It does not its max speed is 29.2 mph

I'm 5 10 230 lbs. Put 30 miles on it so far and all seems good. I charged it and ran it 20 miles of mostly hard throttle, it was down to 2 to 3 bars out of 5. Took 6.75 hrs to charge. Topped out at 29.2 mph on the flat with a full charge. I'm now running in pas 3 ,15 to 20 mph. Went 10 miles like that ,plan to do another 10 miles at those speeds and charge and see how long it takes. Still have4 green at this point . I'm thinking with 15 to 18 mph it will go 30 miles? On all electric. I don't peddle much. Suspension Springs are quit stiff, a little more squishy would be better at least for me. Everything works,packaging was stellar, no damage. It's always a crap shoot but all in all I think it's at worst a very fair deal

Bike is ok but you can definitely tell all the parts are low quality. Most of the bike came pretty loose and had to spend a few hours tightening everything together. INCLUDING THE BRAKES. Most definitely think about getting something else

I see a lot of bad reviews and i want to correct a few things that i learned. First off the speed, to hit the top speed of 36 you have to adjust or remove the speed limiter in settings which is listed in the book. You long press the + and - at the same time and go to p08. Ebikes have laws they have to follow and most get set to top out 20mph even if they are rated for more. I turned mine off which does violate law but i hit 35.8 mph easily. You can adjust a lot of values and i used a chat bot to help me. Its def not the best ebike but for a 2500w one at 600 bucks its a steal. Most are over a grand and still cheaply made a good fast e bike will cost as much as a used car, i seen 2500w ones for 5 grand usd. Also who doesnt check every screw and bolt on a vehicle that could kill you. My handlebars were also loose but i tightened them, easy peasy, this things are dangerous dont trust that every single bolt will be tightened, thats on the consumer, especially being made in china, so check everything often. I doubt anyone will read this now being that its unavailable but it needed said. The parts are not the best make ,thats true. 3.5 stars is what i give it for a these reasons: The pedals, the left goes on counter clockwise, the right clockwise do not mix them up they are labeled and start by hand. My left pedal was threaded wrong and screwed in at a angle, stripping it, i had to force it as far as i could at the end of several attempts and ill have to liquid weld it now since after contacting the email in the book i didnt recieve a response. The Customer service is non-exsistent, i wanted a replacement pedal assembely and never heard back. Otherwise i wouldve gave it 4.7 . It was easy for me to put together but i had and worked on bicycles my whole childhood so it felt natural to me. It comes almost completely put together anyway, tire, handlebars and light, done. I like it and i dont feel like i wasted my money. I will upgrade for a e dirt bike sometime. I set my settings to have max torque and top speeds possible it takes off pretty fast now. Research ppl thats all i ask. Use your brain and tools on the net to help u.

Very nice e-bike! It arrived well-packaged and was easier to assemble than expected. Most of parts come pre-assembled, the directions were good make the remaining setup straightforward. It gets up and goes and the braking is pretty good, very fun to ride!

Not as expected at all. My right pedal couldn’t go on because the insert was stripped. It maxes at 29.8mph (not 36 as advertised). Everything feels cheap honestly and the instructions booklet it came with is just borderline pointless. On a full charge halfway through my ride it seems that the bars went down twice but when I got home to parked it they went back to full so not sure how to feel about the true battery life.If you try to go up a slight incline you immediately lose all momentum and can’t even make it up sometimes. The bike is like 100 freakin pounds and is not fun to maneuver around tighter places. Honestly this has completely ruined what I thought was gona be a new hobby for me and for a price tag of $1200 it’s definitely not worth the money.
