No problems with shipping or putting together. Just make sure you push the front wheel motor plug really hard otherwise the front motor will not work and you won’t go anywhere. This is my first e-bike and I’m glad I went with the q20 pro.

Due to the battery being removable, it seems as if it wasn't secure. The second day that I had it, the bike shut off on me suddenly. The problem was that the connector on the battery wasn't coming into full contact with the prongs on the bike. This caused electricity to jump from the battery to the bike, resulting in build up on the metal connectors as well as unexpected shut offs. HOWEVER. The company contacted me and let me know that any parts I needed would be furnished by them,AND that they would pay for the repairs as well. So, an addendum. I went and got the battery repaired. Now guess what Bopzin did? They processed the payment from the invoice! No muss , no fuss. That's great in and of itself, because they're in China. Some American companies put up much more of a fight in reimbursing customers. Not these guys! Thanks for the bike AND the after sale care! ... show more

I purchased recently and return window closed on August 6. On August 7th , I found out brakes are shot in less than 60 days since purchase. No way to contact- steer clear!!!!

I saw a few negative reviews about this bike due to small problems and I just don't really understand. This is a bike that yes, you do need to know a bit about bikes to get the most out of it. This is easily the best bike for this price, and everything works great out of the box. Assembly took maybe 1 hour and the tools are all included. Would highly recommend this bike ... show more
