Terrible product. After riding the bike only a couple times, the front wheel fell off while riding. My son was thrown over the handlebars. Company sent some replacement parts to repair weeks later. then out riding again and the back wheel fell off! Not jump or doing tricks or anything crazy. After this I requested a new bike because there is something clearly wrong and defective with this bike, they offered a refund, then said they couldn’t do that and lowered what they offered. Eventually they said they would issue the refund again, but then they emailed back the following day and said they could no longer do anything because all their funds and accounts were frozen on amazon. I’ve emailed again now that the product is back online and never heard back. Terrible, terrible, terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE! ... show more

I used to love cycling through the jungle on my bike, and sometimes on weekends, I would go with friends to practice new cycling skills, which we would then film and upload to my video account. Those were exciting times. However, an accident left me with injuries to my legs. Although they didn't affect my daily life, the doctor advised against engaging in intense sports anymore. Gradually, I had to give up this hobby. 3 years ago, I came across electric bicycles. While they may not allow for flashy stunts, they enable effortless riding. This is my second bike. Compared to my first conventional mountain bike, this one boasts stronger power and a cooler appearance. On the first day I received it, my friend and I assembled this off-road electric bicycle together. The overall installation process was relatively straightforward, though installing the front wheel was easier with someone's help. It took us a little over 40 minutes in total. That very afternoon, I couldn't wait to take my friend on a test ride to a remote area. It's fully featured, offering not only the standard seven-speed gear shifting of a regular bike but also five levels of electric assistance. It effortlessly reached a speed of 26 miles per hour downhill. On flat roads, it's recommended to turn off the shock absorber for a more authentic riding experience. After traveling 20 miles in pure electric mode, the LCD display indicated that the battery was still half full. On the way back, my friend tried the pedal-assist function, which was much easier than riding a regular bike and very energy-efficient, especially with an extra person on board. Remember, this bike also weighs about 70 pounds. Overall, this bicycle is exceptionally well-equipped with excellent stability and fine craftsmanship.     • Easy to assemble, good customer service, definitely worth price
This was an amazing purchase. I’ve already put over 600 miles on this and it runs great. Battery life is very good. It lasts me about 25-30 miles per charge if not longer and has really great speeds. I would 100% recommend. They also have great customer service.
