The box was a little beat up but thankfully all the parts were in place. After I put the bike together I noticed that the sprocket was bent on the one half of it but I was able to bend it back in shape and as for the back wheel the nut is so tight that I could not loosen it to add the guard , I have not used the bike yet due to the weather . Im hoping that there is no issues with the sprocket when I do get to ride it or anything else but over all its a very nice bike ... show more

First charger didn't work. Finally got a replacement & after a week of minimal usage, the front tire fell off at 20+mph. My son broke his left wrist and his right hand, very lucky to be alive. Thankfully it does not go at the speed advertised.

My bike arrived with everything intact. My tail light was cracked due to poor handling by shipping but I contacted customer support and they're sending me a replacement. I'm 6'2 and 215lbs andi sit comfortably. I've been riding on throttle with no problem. I plan on adding a second battery to extend my range. Im 30miles in.. and I'm loving my trips. Assembly was simple thanks to the instructions. I've been able to ride multiple places on a single battery charge that includes going up hill. For the price this bike doesn't disappoint ... show more
