The necklace was beautiful but because of my hyphenated name, the necklace ended up bending and breaking right in the middle (being a soft sterling silver). I reached out to the vendor to let them know what had happened and that I was bummed because I really loved the necklace. I was hoping they could repair it for me or maybe replace (it was a long shot being over a year). They were more than willing to replace it and even listened to my idea as to how to make the necklace so that it would be stronger and less risk of bending and breaking. I received the replacement necklace and it was even more beautiful than the first one and it was exactly as I had asked/suggested. Communication was awesome and they were very willing to make it right!!! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this Amazon vendor!! You will not be disappointed. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The name and birthstone are beautiful alittle disappointed as the photo shows a box link chain and I thought that was what I was ordering. It came with a loose link chain which I am concerned my 8 yr old will break shortly. I should have read the description as it says cable link. It’s just her old one had box link so didn’t think I had to read as the picture showed box. My mistake

When it arrived I was so pleased, I knew once she saw it she would love it, and she did. It was 14k gold and came with a pink Swaravski crystal, and the chain was perfect for its size.
