A great bike and very sturdy bike. It is really slow on step hills. The headlight is great. Dont use it. That light will eat 3 bars in less then 5 miles. They dont tell you that part. It doesnt get no 60 miles on a full charge. Thats on flat ground maybe. With hills you might get 35 miles on a full charge. Thats my round trip too work. I will buy a faster bike. Hikeep is a good bike fir the price. The new ford ebike is garbage $4k for a 28 mph try like 21 mph. Thats called rich folks trying to look cool. Worst design ever. Its like a motorcyle, enjoy the back hurting ... show more

Just got the bike. It seems well built for the price. I was able to get it up to 24mph @215 lbs which is plenty fast. The turn signal indicators don't light up so its hard to tell if they are on or not. The charger is very cheap looking so we will see if that holds up.     • This bike lacks everywhere it’s important. Customer service, power, miles it can travel on a charge.

The bike showed up in a timely manner. It assembled pretty easy even though the instructions tell you to install the spacers on the front tire backwards but it’s easy enough to figure out. But when I tried to install the battery I couldn’t get it to go on. Of the six retainer mounting tabs one was damaged on the battery and the aligning one one the bike was damaged and I’m pretty sure it was supposed to be on the bike when it was shipped because when I unpacked it the battery was loose inside the box and it wasn’t packaged to keep it from banging around inside no wrap on it at all. Even though I knew I could fix it I wanted to return it because it came damaged. Hi keep wasn’t interested in helping me at all I had no customer service to speak of. After trying to get them to send me a label that I didn’t have to pay for to return it and getting absolutely nowhere. I fixed the battery and bike so the battery will attach and I rode it and I pedaled quite a bit because going up any hills at all meant I had to pedal to get it to go. Not really that steep either. So with pedaling the battery was on its last bar at 13.5 miles. Not even close to what they advertise. My wife bought a Riding Times bike and had only charged her battery once and she rode her bike several miles before I had mine ready then we both rode the 13.5 miles and mine was on its last bar while my wife’s was only down one bar. Quite a difference. And her bike has way more power than mine even though they are supposed to be the same in motors and power and how far they will go. I would have given more stars but the bike lacks everywhere it counts. Customer service, power, miles it can travel on a charge. I wouldn’t recommend this bike to anyone. ... show more

so far the bike is pretty good,but I'm having problems with the front disk breaks,they are rubbing a lot,and this supposed to be a new bike,but the disk breaks look used,like someone was testing out the bike alot before packaging it up, but hopefully they send me out a new wheel or front breaks to get the problem solved ... show more

I really like the bike it was easy to put together the only thing that I didn't care for was the fact that it only did 19 mph but advertised to do almost 35 mi an hour. But then I found out that from factory it comes with a safety limiter. After I learned how to disable the safety limiter the bike now does 35 mph an hour. Overall very satisfied and happy with my purchase ... show more
