Absolutely love this e-bike. It looks so sleek, exactly like a motorcycle. The frame is crazy sturdy and well built which makes it on the heavy side, which I actually love as it makes me feel very safe when riding it. The big wide headlight is also much appreciated as I often work late and need to ride home in the dark. When I hit the horn it even scares me a bit. I also love the extra thick and long seat. In terms of performance, it works so well. Even on the lowest setting it has good pick up. The cruise control feature is also super nice so that you don't have to hold the throttle down. If you are looking for an ebike that looks sick but doesn't cost too much this ebike is for you. You can ride it at 28 mph or unlock it to go 35 mph. I crashed the bike at 28 mph and the bike was perfectly fine other than the seat a little scuffed up which i fixed with tape. This bike was easy to put together and easy to figure out how to ride! My son hasn’t stopped riding since he got his. The idea of an electric bike was scary to me as a mom but now that he has been riding his that scare factor isn’t there. This was an amazing purchase for sure! The battery holds up for a full day of riding, he went 40+ miles on his first day and it still had some battery left. ... show more

I got a non operating $900 e-bike, battery’s fully charged but the bike won’t power up at all. Seller didn’t respond at all during this return process only sent a return shipping label but not a prepaid one. The shipping cost was $400 and it was NOT refunded back! After a whole week I got a respond saying the shipping fee will not be covered cause they did not approve my actions for return. Q-life is no help either. Please take caution of this. If you get a working bike then good but if you’re like me then call Amazon immediately. Other than that the bikes ride height is good and looks great. Unfortunately customer service needs serious work cause I got zero help. Please buy somewhere else don’t lose $400+ to return an item ... show more

Absolutely love this bike. The page says it tops at 28 but if you unlock it it goes 40. Would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to trail ride, or just cruising around town! The horn is very loud, but no Turn signal so you’ll have to use your arms.Overall I’ve been riding this bike for about 2 and a half weeks and have been very happy with it. The Qlife spark is a great bike for beginners or people that need a form of transportation. The frame is sturdy and the motor is very efficient and powerful. The suspension is great too. I would recommend this bike to others and would have no issue buying another one.
