Took me 2hrs to assemble, battery charged faster than assemble time. Was missing a box end wrench, said 19, could not find. Everything works. Lost star for time and missing tool.

My kid was excited to get this electric bike for Christmas. Unfortunately, after going through the installation instructions we realized two things: first, the cover for the chain wheel at the pedal was preinstalled in a weird way and it arrived broken, then two of the screws in the stem at the handlebar could not be removed. They were so tightened at the factory that it was impossible for us to unscrew. We tried so many times and many ways that the screws cap became stripped and the hex key could no longer grip. We contacted Amazon customer service and now we are awaiting for manufacturer to contact us with a solution. My kid was very disappointed he could not enjoy his present on Christmas Day. Update as of 12-28/25: Seller could not even replace the bike. They offered a full refund only once they receive the bike back. My kid will probably won’t get his present until later in January. My only advise. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!

This is hands down the best purchase I’ve made this year! The 1500W motor gets me to work 30 minutes faster than my old bike, and I never have to worry about being late. The removable battery charges quickly (only 4.5 hours from empty to full—way faster than other ebikes I looked at) and fits easily in my backpack for indoor charging. The ride is so comfortable—even on 2-hour weekend rides, my back and legs don’t feel sore thanks to the dual suspension and well-padded seat (I didn’t need to add a cushion at all!). The rear inner tube went flat the first day. The bike doesn’t reach over 20 mph. The listing says that it was 30mph. I’m not satisfied.

This is a great bike! We bought two of them. I was initially disappointed due to the speed not being close to the advertised speed. I messaged the company and received a message really fast explaining how to shut off the limiter. That solved the problem immediately! Great bikes for the price. The only weird thing about it is the throttle was on the left, once I changed it over to the right hand it was good to go!
