UPDATE AGAIN: now the break is all broke and screws fell out. appears stripped or something. i’m so disappointed. worst purchase ever. wish the seller would be more quick with responses. they do respond and seem to want to make it right but want to send parts that won’t completely fix it. it’s more than the silver break thing it’s the whole components that go with it. UPDATE: so frustrated! the battery mount has stripped from the bike and it is unable to be riden! nice. i like all the features. goes fast, love the big seat. assembly could have been better, the instructions were vague. my kid loves it but day one it’s creaking and swueaking all over. quality seems alright, i dont think its worth 600 dollars..maybe 300. don’t know battery life yet..opened it and have rode it about 10 miles and it’s on 2 bars. i put it on the charger. ... show more

    • Random bolts in the bag. Instructions suck
Just got it. Putting it together and it seems like they just threw random bolts and I have a random screwdriver and with everything having to run to the hardware store to go find certain bolts to get the kickstand and feet rest for the back. The instructions that they give you is very undesirable
