I purchased this e-bike for my father, who wanted something to utilize throughout his neighborhood and on his property at home that wasn’t going to destroy the landscaping or his yard. This bike arrived when expected (shipping time was maybe a week or so, but that’s understandable for such a large item). The bike had to be assembled upon arrival and the instructions were fairly easy to follow - we did feel like some of the instructions were maybe out-dated or had older model part information on them, but nonetheless the assembly was easy to figure out and we had the bike put together pretty quickly. The bike rides great and is comfortable. It looks exactly like the pictures included in the advertisements, and the color/pattern is very appealing. We typically only use the bike for shorter periods of time (not traveling long distances or over long periods of time!) so the charge seems to last a while before we have to recharge it. Overall, we didn’t know much about PUCKIPUPPY before purchasing this bike but we are happy with our investment! The bike arrived and runs as expected and is great for riding around on our property (grassy, gravelly hills) and going between houses in the neighborhood. Bought to go uphill in my local area during hunting season and it is extremely quiet and has great power for what I am doing. I like the camo on the bike I purchased it blends in great with what I wear. Great tread on the tires and the suspension takes every bump with ease. Super good brakes for downhill riding even when you have a full backpack or are going full speed. I’d recommend it to anyone that wants to get the job done when it comes to a serious hunting trip or a long ride. Besides how good it is for what I bought it for it is also very fun and fast, quick throttle speed and it feels very nimble even with it having a battery, I have a hard time getting my motorcycle riding brother off of it. I've been riding this bike for two months, and overall, I'm happy with it. There were a few issues with assembly, but the manufacturer helped me. The motor is powerful, and the riding experience is comfortable. However, as I ride more, I've discovered a few things I wish I had known before purchasing. I hope this information helps others. 1. **Not UL Listed**: This bike is not UL certified. According to the manufacturer, they have completed testing with UL and are awaiting certification. However, the product currently lacks labels that indicate it is "non-UL certified." This could be an important consideration for those living in condos or apartments with specific rules regarding battery management, even by the town ordinance. 2. **Class 2 (or 3) Bike**: This bike is classified as a Class 2 e-bike due to its throttle. You can unlock the speed limit to a higher setting of 28 mph, which would categorize it as Class 3. However, the factory setting is at 20 mph, making it Class 2 with the throttle present. If you plan to ride on trails or mountains, check their regulations before purchasing any e-bike. Policies can be changed unexpectedly, and many locations near me prohibit Class 2 bikes. Since this product has an off-road feature, it's essential to do your due diligence to maximize your purchase. 3. **Weight Considerations**: This e-bike is heavy. While it has excellent long-distance capability (as long as you minimize the use of power assist), the downside is its weight. Therefore, you will need to invest in a sturdy bike rack to accommodate it. I spent quite some time finding one that suits my needs, specifically a two-bike rack with a reliable holding mechanism (Yakima OnRamp XL). With the battery, weighing 9 lbs., I can probably ride for about 15 minutes. I'm not comfortable planning long trips with the assumption that I'll make it back just by pedaling if the battery runs out. As a casual rider, I prefer to manage battery levels carefully when considering longer rides. The trip computer does NOT tell you how many miles more you can ride. Overall, this bike is fine for my first e-bike. Some aspects exceeded my expectations, but there are details I wish I had taken into account before buying. This is the best bike I ever have , I use it every time I’m going hunting or fishing, I ride inside the water, the water almost cover the whole bike and still running, and in the mud is incredible the power it has, and the battery life , is amazing bike

Do not buy bike broke twice in 88 miles. They repeatedly sent me same parts over and over and called it diagnosing. They stated they would fix bike free of charge this time since it was 2 days out of warranty and has issues first time within 10 month and less than 40 miles but when they couldn't fix it stated then it was out of warranty and said they couldn't or exchange only offered 200 dollar credit DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS AWFUL PRODUCT ... show more

I was truly surprised by the quality of the bike and the obvious care that went into the manufacturing and assembly. It arrives about 85% assembled with easy instructions and all the tools you will need to get it ready to ride. It is incredibly sturdy, rides very smooth, and is comfortable on long rides.
