I had an operator error assembling and Funhang was very quick to respond and help. When assembling, the front axle has two plastic plugs that need to be removed. Images show what it looks like and the plugs. I took it to a local bike shop and the guy popped them right out. Just be aware, the directions don’t look as clear. So far the bike is fantastic! It’s fast and powerful. Climbs the hill at our house without concern. The pedal assist kicks right in and the throttle only is great! Heavy bike. But feels solid and I really like it. I bought this bike and it's been great to get around the city with. It has a large 1000W peak motor which provides more than enough power for both city commuting and leisurely rides. It reaches speeds up to 2mph, which is perfect for keeping pace with traffic or enjoying a ride through the park. It has a 48V built-in removable battery that has a range of up to 50 miles on a single charge, depending on terrain and riding conditions. Charging is easy and the battery's removable feature adds convenience, especially for those living in apartments or without easy access to charging stations. One of the features that really helps is the adjustable stem, allowing for a customizable fit that provides comfort during rides. It has a 26" step thru frame, which makes mounting and dismounting easy, which is particularly helpful during stop and go city rides. The bike comes equipped with a 7 speed gear system, providing flexibility to use with different terrains. The rear rack is a nice addition, perfect for carrying groceries or a backpack. The media could not be loaded. This is my first personal e-bike. I always thought, riding a regular bike is the right way to get my exercise. It gives an excellent cardio benefit. I’ve been refusing to get e-bike for the longest for that reason. Now, after owning this e-bike for a bit over 2 months; I can say, riding an e-bike can still give me a solid workout. Yes, when I’m too tired, the pedal assist gives me minimal to effortless cruising. This e-bike has powerful motor. The battery life is long. I mostly use this in short rides, but I ride quite frequently. I charged daily as I don’t want the battery low when I need it. 1 thing I noticed, the battery gets a bit hot during longer ride. With that, I waited for it to cool down before charging it. The design is ergonomic. The tires are wide. The grips and the seat are surprisingly comfortable as well. The brake is strong, smooth and consistent, ensuring safe and immediate stopping. Then, the lights, the LCD design, and the horn provide safety during my ride. I’m 5’2” and this bike is excellent size for me. The frame is not too tall nor too short. All in all, since I’m switching to this e-bike, exercise has become more fun and flexible. As recreational rider, getting this e-bike totally worth the price. Oh, forgot to mention, the set up was a breeze. It’s pretty straightforward and easy! Zero regrets here.     • Great Bike for the Price but beware mileage description is incorrect

This is a really nice bike, except for the plastic fenders. It is made out of quality material and rides very well. I did pay a handy man to put the bike together for me and their video for setup is 5 stars. Very easy to follow. As with most, I changed the seat out for a more comfortable ride. I had to contact the seller regarding the mileage. They advertise up to 50 miles per charge. That is not a true description. I rode my bike in pedal assist - 1 and maintained a 15 mph speed. The battery only allowed for me to reach a little over 25 miles. I won't return the bike, but I would not have bought it if I had known it would only allow me to ride for 25 miles on a single charge. I do give kudos to the customer service; they responded very quickly and gave me many suggestions on how to reach the most mileage possible, which in my case is only 25 miles per charge but I did appreciate them responding back to me. If you are looking for a good price in an ebike and the 25 miles per charge is not a tie breaker, it's a great value for the price. ... show more
