Ordered these for my wife and I as a Christmas present to each other, as we have been wanting to get into the e-bike game for awhile. For the price, these are an excellent choice! They are very good quality, look awesome, and built like a tank! They are awesome looking, and one person told me they looked like they would cost thousands of dollars. He was shocked when I told him they were about $500 each. They come well-packed in heavy duty boxes. There is some assembly required such as putting on the front wheel, pedals, handlebar, and front light. You will also need to put air into the tires, but they supply a pump! It actually took me longer to unbox the bikes than it took to build them! If you are even the slightest bit handy, you will have no problem building this bike. Once built, we realized the batteries came fully charged and we were able to ride them right away! The only negative is that the brakes on one of the bikes squeak a little, but I'm planning on cleaning them and getting a slight adjustment that should fix that easily. Overall, a great purchase. Size wise, my wife and I are both about 5'6" and we fit on them fine. I think anyone taller than 5'2" would have no problem. Like I said earlier, they are built like tanks, and weight about 75 pounds each. Luckily they fit nicely along the walls of the garage and we didn't need to hang them for storage. I don't think that would be possible for the average person to lift regularly. The bike has 5 speed levels. 1=10mph, 2=12mph, 3=16mph, 4=18mph, and 5=20mph, which is the top speed. There may be a way to get around the electronic speed governor, but I haven't investigated that yet. If you are a seasoned e-biker and want to go faster, this might not be a great choice for you, but for teenagers or casual riders, the 20mph works just fine. This bike is AMAZING!. My son bought this bike in Jun/2025, its been almost 2 months (so far we are trilled, he loves his bike), he has enjoyed summer with his 1st electric bike. He did all the research, we had a tight budget and taking in consideration the expensive freight on most e-bikes, we look all the reviews and this one looked to be a good option. He is a big boy, (13Y 5.8 219lbs), and he looks really cool on top of it, and for me the most important it looks pretty strong, the seat is beautiful not cheap material at all.. Where we live has a lot of hills and he says is doing well. The packaging was surreal, really well packed, assemble was very easy too, he saw a video and did all by himself very quickly. The range is good, and charging is really fast. The design is so beautiful he feels so confident riding it, it made him so happy. Customer service is top notch. They contacted me to see if everything was alright and to confirm the address as they were sending the locker in a separate shipment (I was missing it but did not have the time to contact them), they sent the lock few days latter. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BIKE!!!!! Now you do have to get used to how the battery drains and at what gear. But once you figure it out for you riding style it’s amazing. And super comfy. Jump off curbs with a breeze with these amazing shocks. Best money spent on an e-bike!! Only thing that it’s missing is that bike lock listed in the pic. *clears throat* But it did come with a had pump to the tires which is always come in good handy!! Headlight is bright! And really really helped. The horn is handy too but a simple replacement for a louder one would be easy if needed!! 10/10. BUY THIS PIC. Now all I need is a go pro!!! Ha Oh. But if you are under like 5-8 you might have a hard time getting on an off. Bike is tall. I’m 6-1” 200 lbs. and I’m on my tippie toes if I don’t lean the bike to one side. But it’s so damn sweet. Bought two of these one for me, one for my girlfriend and honestly, for the price, they’re a fantastic deal. The bikes feel really sturdy and well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. I’m 6’3” and she’s 5’5”, and somehow they fit both of us comfortably, which was a nice surprise. They’re not the fastest e-bikes out there, but the speed is still solid enough for cruising around town, light trails, or even some weekend fun. Between both bikes, we’ve put close to 300 miles on them and they’ve been running smooth the whole time. No issues, no weird noises, battery’s still holding up great. If you’re looking for something dependable that won’t break the bank, this one’s hard to beat. ... show more

Fit and finish is great. Ride comfort is great. Rode it today fully charged for the first time and got 10 miles till it was down to one bar. I stayed close to home in case something went wrong. I had it on the three position and pedaled the entire time. Pedal assist works seamlessly. I live in a flat street community. I weigh 175lbs. 5'9. I don't think I will ever get more than 12-14 miles out of it. It suits my needs and for this price, I'm happy with the bike. I even ordered another one for my wife. She rode mine and loved the way it rode. I wish it had a longer range. 20 miles would be great for this bike. Understand that with no detailer to shift gears, if you run out of battery, you will be pushing this bike home. We live in the center of town and just wanted this to get to all the restaurants, visit friends and family, and leave the car at home. I I think this will fit our needs. If It had 5 more miles of range, I would give this bike 5 stars. ... show more
