    • Waste of money and not safely manufactured.
This is not worth it! We’ve had it 3 weeks and we’ve already had to contact customer service to replace a petal and something with the head light, controller, battery bracket. It just stopped working altogether. Customer service is a joke, it takes over twelves hours to respond and they won’t address certain issues it seems on purpose. This bike is put together so cheap that we are concerned it is not safe to ride at all at this point. Seller won’t refund and expects us to ship. Bike functions as it should, but top speed is only 15 mph. The display is on KPh and can not be changed to mph according to the manufacturer. The frame seems solid but is small and I'm 5'8" tall. I would probably look at spending a couple hundred dollars more to get a better bike. This one definitely does not meet my expectations. ... show more

Easy to assemble but bey minimal directions. None in the operation of the bike. Rides well although 37 mph is an exaggeration. I got it up to 49 mph with pedal assist which is about 30 mph. Need to contact customer service to see if I can switch to mph, lights are evident upon start up but no buttons to change settings or instructions. Solid machine. ... show more

    • Don’t buy it they’re ripping you off
They sent me this bike and the ignition switch does not work properly. The cord has a short in it behind where you turn the key. The front desk brake is bent and you have to be 3 foot tall to pedal it. The seat doesn’t go up. It’s impossible for you to pedal his bike if you are a grown adult And it only does 15 miles an hour. I’m trying to contact him to return this product and I’m having a hard time doing it. I will be calling Amazon in the morning. This is a piece of crap. ... show more

This is clearly a dropshipper selling.. The bike feels way under powered for what it claims. I topped out at 26mph. The instruction Manuel is great for putting it together but doesnt give instructions on how to make changes to the system through the LCD screen (like how to switch to MPH instead of KM/hr).. I have yet to figure out how to access it. There is no one to reach out to so im on my own. The bike works.. if i can figure it out, I will come back and share what I learned. ... show more

    • Broken battery?
Had a little trouble getting the battery going does not go the suggested 37 mph I weigh 140lbs so shouldn’t be because of weight, I also was on flat ground full throttle. No way to get it to display mph instead of km/h either. It’s a decent bike just not what I expected…

Ordering something like this without the ability to ride it first is risky. After riding it a few times, I am happy with the purchase. The bike arrived with the usual TERRIBLE assembly instructions. There are actually no real details on how to assemble, just a bunch of blah blah about wearing a helmet and avoiding electric shock. It comes with tools, and IF you are handy, there is nothing that will really challenge you. There are two defects, which make me wonder how they passed factory inspections...The horn button is always on. Someone forgot to install a spring (i think) to push the horn button out. The headlight assembly has the horn built in, so I just unplugged it and I cannot ride it at night. The second defect is that the screws that hold the battery HOLDER to the bike are too short. The top one barely catches and the lower two will not. I will but a couple new screws today from Ace Hardware and that should fix it. ... show more
