Build quality is better than I expected, EXCEPT I think they saved some money on the tires. I've ridden about 3 (three) miles. Checked the tire pressure and it was 20psi. Long story short, after trying unsuccessfully to add air, I need a new tire and an inner tube. Another thing I don't like, the pedals are tucked too far under me making it difficult to pedal (I'm 6'2")....but I wasn't planning on pedaling much anyway. I like the 750 W motor which is 250 W more than most, but there are still hills I can't climb without pedaling. Maybe the electric motor has a lower gear that I haven't discovered yet??? Top speed is about 33mph. Customer service was prompt, hassle free. They sent a new tire and tube and I installed myself which to me was fair. Over all: winner winner chicken dinner. ... show more

I received my ebike supper fast 4 days from the time I ordered to my doorstep. It came packaged very well and al though it took my honey a couple of frustrating hours (men and instructions) need I say more. Mostly with the seat but he did admit that he would be able to put one together no problem now. I think he's hinting around about buying another one. These things are a blast. I'm 61 years old and I absolutely love this thing. I've drove it to work and was surprised at how fast this puppy got to. 45 mph but I'm light and it was downhill. I didn't even realize how fast I was going. I love these fat tires very stable I've not taken it off road but there are some railroad crossings along the way. I did buy some different handlebars the straight ones that were on it made it a little wobbly I looked like I did when I first rode a bike . it was quite comical. Also got a headlight, I really like being seem. I've had several complications and people who do know about ebikes have said I definitely got my money's worth. They cut a few corners to keep the price down but you wouldn't know it unless u know it off you know what I mean. I'm smiling now and I'm just thinking about riding it. Got the mechanics down no problem and well yes I'm gonna buy another one. These are so much fun and with the 750 the power is awesome. I cannot say enough about this bike. Well OK one more thing at under a thousand dollars for shipping and everything I've put on the bike put different pedals cause when you put the throttle on it wants to pedal so much so that I had a little trouble keeping my feet on the pedals that and the handlebar thing I looked pretty silly. This ebike is rugged, fast, safe, and you can get your exercise in without arriving to work in a puddle of sweat. I commute 12 miles one-way through Philadelphia traffic with this bike. My car takes 38 minutes, I get there on this bike in 43 minutes. If I used a standard bike, it would take me 70 minutes. I feel much safer with this ebike than with a standard bike because whenever I'm forced to jump into traffic because the bike lane is blocked, I can hit the throttle and go almost the same speed as traffic. Also, the three-inch wide tires and low-center of gravity keeps you very stable even if you hit potholes by accident. The other big bonus is going uphill is a breeze. Commuting with this ebike is ten times more fun than driving a car or riding a standard bike. Lastly, you cannot beat the cost. This bike is way better for commuting than some I see at bike shops going for 2000 dollars. The assembly took me about two hours. ... show more

I am in my late 60 very active. I have been looking for a E Bike for sometime. When this bike was suggested to me by Amazon. Liked the features and Bought this bike about 6 weeks ago. Came packed very nicely. Relatively easy to put together. Needed some breaks adjustments but simple to do. Once you figure out how to use the power it’s a smooth ride. I usually ride three times a week for an hour on level 3 With plenty of batt. charge left. I get a good workout without exerting pressure on my knees like when riding a reg. Bike. I LOVE THIS BIKE! It did take longer than expected for delivery. I think the delivery company was on strike or something. The poor guy who delivered it didn't arrive to my house until after dark. Then I thought he was going to give himself a hernia trying to lift the box. It was heavy! The Bike came well packaged just like in the video. I was so excited I started the assembly as soon as the driver dropped it off. I should of waited. This bike is mostly assembled, however, I have never put together an ebike before. There was no instruction manual in the box. To get a copy of the ebike user manual you have to go online. The online user manual does not have step by step picture instructions for assembly. To get assembly instructions...watch the videos. I found myself watching every instructional video multiple times. I do best with written instructions and pictures. I was being overly cautious. The assembly went well. I didn't get to try the bike out until the following evening. After double checking all the bolts I hit the road. Wow! I was blown away! This is my first ebike. I was not expecting it when the pedal assist kicked in. I felt as if I were flying and I was only on pedal assist 3. This bike is strong enough to pull hills with NO problem, I rode miles and still had over half the battery left! This ebike is an amazing first ebike and it didn't disappoint! ... show more
