This electric bike is a great item. This is very easy to ride and the size is large enough for an adult or teen to ride. It not only is electric but it can be used manually with peddles as well. The assembly was a little longer than I had expected. But once assembled my son has loved every minute of riding this item. The bike is not foldable and it looks very stylish and modern. It is stable and rides smoothly. I would definitely recommend wearing a helmet while riding this bike just be user how fast it will go when turned on. There is a head light that can be turned off and on to see at night and the digital screen is clear and understandable. The instructions were on point. Great value for the money two thumbs up!

Okay, this bike is solid. It is easy to use just as a bicycle without any motor. But, there are some short-falls to the design. If you're older (I'm 62, hubby is 68). I'm 5'6" and he is 5'10," yet both of us have to be on tippy toes to touch the ground from the seat (and yes, that is with the seat in the lowest position). The way the seat is positioned, combined with the style of the handlebars, you will have a lot of weight on your wrists. You don't have much space from the seat to the handlebars, so you feel a bit unnatural in this position. I don't have wrist issues, but after a couple miles on the bike, my wrists were feeling the strain of being leaned forward with my weight on my hands. I know 20 is the top speed, but it feels really fast when you're perched on top that thing like a hamster. You can raise the seat, but in its lowest position, your ride high on the bike...I can't imagine anyone needing the seat higher unless you have legs like Stretch Armstrong. The tires are perfect (not thin and not fat). I do wish they had more of a lady's style because you really have to swing your leg high to get over that bar. I guess they were going for no-gender because I isn't as high as a man's bike, and it isn't low like a lady's bike...they went for upper-midway which truly is a bit too high for a woman. Everything else I love about the bike from the headlight to the mud flaps (fender covers). If you're a young person, this is a very economical and fun bike. Older folks...not so much. This is fine for me as an intro to electric biking, but in another year or so I'll be selling this and looking for something with a better design, and then I won't feel like I'm riding in the Tour De France.

Worst purchase ever! Buyer beware! We purchased two of these bikes and have had nothing but issues with them since the second week we had them. The battery life has dramatically decreased within the first month, they don't stay aligned, they make a rattling noise when in use, the wires for the horn and lights are not long enough so they will non-stop disconnect on you. The worst part of all, we have replaced 4 tubes on each bike and one tire on each bike because the valve steam is so sharp that it keeps cutting into the tubes and shredding them as well as the tires. These are the worst bikes ever. Save your money and go else where! Don't say I didn't try and warn you! I even bought the extended warranty and having issues getting help from them right now on a solution to get them fixed. I will update and let you know how that turns out once I hear from them.

Overall this bike is well made and works as expected. It is a bit heavy, but that’s typical of an e-bike. The frame, crank, handlebars, seat, brakes, and shifter are all good quality. Mechanical disc brakes and Shimano 7-speed shifter. Electric controls are through a basic monochrome display on the left side plus a twisting throttle on the right side. This model does lack a cargo tray, but there are many third-party products that will fit. The price for this bike is very reasonable compared to other vendors, and the overall value for the money is very high. The shipper is another matter. When ordering Amazon says the shipper is someone called “Flyt,” but it’s actually a Chinese company called XLMiles. When the bike ships, it goes immediately to a distribution center, but then there are no further updates until the package is out for delivery. For the first bike we ordered, the bike was shipped a few days after ordering, and the bike was out for delivery in less than a week, but then a “shipping exception” happened on the same day it was out for delivery. After a few days of exchanges with Fcgeoi and XLMiles, we learned this was due to XLMiles having an error in our address. We informed both parties of our correct address and thought that would rectify the problem. However, for over a week XLMiles was unable to say when the delivery could be rescheduled. One time XLMiles blamed the delay on bad weather, and while there was some rain between NJ where the bike was shipped an VA where the bike was being delivered, the only weather alert was a coastal flash flood advisory. Then they said they had to call us to reschedule, and said they would do so on a particular day, but then they never called. We gave them instructions to leave the package if no one was home, and they eventually said it would be delivered on a particular day. However, that day came and went with no delivery, and XLMiles was unable to say when the bike would be delivered. In the meantime, we saw that a white bike went on sale for the same price, so we ordered that and started a return process for the original black bike. The shipping process occurred except that this order didn’t get to the “out for delivery” stage until a few days later than the first order. The bike was delivered as expected, probably helped by our immediate re-confirmation of our address, phone numbers, and delivery instructions soon after ordering. Overall XLMiles is the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with due to poor communication, lack of detailed tracking, and multiple errant communications. We encouraged Fcgeoi to use a different shipper in the future.

We purchased two of these bikes. Overall, they're sturdy; however, one of the two arrived with a cable not attached and connection prongs bent--my brother bent out the prongs and put it together using a high-powered magnification he uses when working on electronics, and taped this connection with electrical tape on both bikes for added protection--no issues have occurred due to this. The seat is very uncomfortable and was immediately replaced after the first ride. The battery doesn't last as long as other reviews have stated. We purchased two of these at the same time, and neither battery lasts very long, even on the lowest setting and with active pedaling. For example, I rode 11 miles yesterday on low and pedaling, sometimes with the power off, over long stretches of flat road, and when I reached my destination, I had 1 bar of 5 left. It's an e-bike, so it's heavier than a regular bike and won't coast continuing to increase speed as effectively as a non-motorized bike on a downward incline. Peddling without the minimal assist isn't as easy as with a regular non-motorized bike, so plan on always having the power assist on at least the minimum level, or do substantially more pedaling effort than a regular bike. I looked into purchasing a better battery for this bike, and there are none, as it is proprietary to this bike. It took me some time to get used to the weight of the bike compared to the regular bike I was used to riding, but it's easy to use overall. I would enjoy the bike far more if I could go farther with it, as that was the intention when purchasing it.

Edited as of 11/12/2025: a manger Justin reached out to me to handle the situation below and he was very helpful and have now had all issues resolved Justin gave alot of clarification on the misunderstandings going on with the company and customer service and we have come to a happy medium.. My son was able to ride the bike today after being at the bike shop getting fixed and the bike works very well and Justin assured me if any issues arise in the future things will be handled smoothly.. Bike its self would be a good I think but the tire popped the 2nd day so bot really sure but bike would be okay if we didnt get a defective one Customer service is responsive but not realistic When we put bike together front brakes were stuck together we loosened them little bit so we could out the tire on like it said in directions when putting together but the brakes themselves dont work Then when my son put it all together got everything on he was testing it out to see how it is with everything together and the tire blew it already came with air we didn't have to add anything all of this happen on 10/18-20 and we have been talking to seller every since and today is Nov 4th issue is still not resolved they want me to take the bike to a bike repair shop and only willing to reimburse $20-$40 of the repair I feel this is very unacceptable since we ordered the bike 10/16 recieved 10/18 and have had problems ever since based off how my experience has been so far I would not purchase this bike again Customer service sent a new tire with no inner tube and not instructions to put tire on when I asked for instructions they sent instructions that would require bike tools which we do not have as this would be my 12 year old son's first electric bike so I let them know instructions were not helpful
