EDIT: The vendor contacted me about my concerns noted in the original review and mentioned the included manual was incorrect, the hub is confirmed to be 1000w Max. They have corrected the misprint for future bikes. I appreciate the update from customer service and them being proactive to address the concerns that I had. I have also spent more time on the bike in my hilly neighborhood. I am very impressed with the power it provides as I am peddling up long and steep inclines. I can be in 1st-3rd gear and continue to peddle up the sloop without stopping. What a game changer for enjoying bike rides. If I was on a traditional peddle bike, I would definitely be walking the bike up the hill. Based on the performance of the bike, the price and the excellent customer service, I have amended my review to 5 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW (3 stars): If on sale for >$99 off MSRP, this is a decent bike. The advertised specifications are not accurate for peak watts, it states it is a 1000w yet according to the included manual, it is only rated 350w and 750w MAX. The top speed is also not 22mph but 20mph. While a decent pedal-assisted bike to get up slopes, there is not enough torque to handle gentle slopes via power only (no pedaling). My positive feedback is the bike was very easy to assemble, took me under 30 minutes. All the tools needed are included in a zippered tool bag. The instructions were easy enough to follow along with included drawings. The size and weight of the bike specifications are accurate on website and manual. It appears well constructed, looks great. As an adult weighing around 230 pounds, the bike is easy to ride in manual, pedal-assist and power only on flat roads. On slopes, the power assist is definitely welcome and noticed yet as mentioned requires pedaling to make it up any incline. The brakes work very well, switching gears is smooth with the Shimano 7-gears. Power assist modes 1-3 (less torque - more torque) differences are subtle yet noticeable starting from a complete stop. Overall while specified to support up to 265 pounds load capacity I believe this would be a great bike for people who are between 5 to 6.5 feet tall and weigh less than 150 pounds.

Great value... Easy assembly and use. Seems like high quality parts. I am 6'1", the bike fits me well unlike others in this price range that are really small. The only thing I would improve is the battery doesn't show any information while charging (just one status light). I don't think it is the most powerful motor you can find, but speed and acceleration is plenty for normal casual use.

Bike is great , this review is for the first day of use , charged the battery for 1 hour , followed the manual on putting the bike together, took me about 30mins . Took it for a spin and it felt so liberating , I did unlock the extra 5mph speed . The bike is a bit heavy , and the battery life claims to be 40miles range , I need more testing . In general im having a blast would definitely recommend.

New update 05/31/26: Ive ridden the bike 50 miles. Its still a good bike but the range is questionable, I estimate you maybe get 15-20 miles in a hilly area occasionally pedaling. I never turn off the assist. It's hard to tell the battery level because indicator bounces around so much especially with load on the motor. I'd have to run the battery dry to find out the true range. I have taken the bike on offroad trails and have also ridden it on the road a lot. On a steep hill I got up to 34mph pedaling hard and it didn't fall apart. The brakes squeal sometimes and the bike sounds a bit rattly but I probably just have to tighten things. Update: So far gone 18 miles and it's been good. I haven't ran the battery down past 3/4 so I really don't know what the true range is. There's lots of hills where I am. I am only 170lbs so the performance is based on that too. Paid $400 USD for the bike. I'm really impressed for the price. Bike definitely makes it to 20mph. The pedal assist feels great and there's also a button to manually activate the motor. Shifting feels good, it's a button shift and very easy to use. The front suspension is adjustable. The digital display is nice and clear to read. I was very surprised that the bike is glittery black in the sun and it looks nice! The bike was super easy to assemble, took about 30 minutes. I took the bike on an 8 mile ride up and down hills and it deformed well, probably down to 3/4 to 2/3rd battery. I used the assist often and made it carry me up a few hills without pedaling.

Excellent bike. Good overall quality, motor has enough power to get you to 20mph (I weight 196lb). It’s a perfect balance between power, efficiency, range and simplicity. At first I was looking for a high power and long range Ebike, and I was almost buying a $1200 one, but thanks god I listened to my friends and got this one. Now I can use regular bike accessories, including bike racks, and I don’t need to bother about law enforcement.

Good bike for the money. Breaks squeak, the derailleur needed adjustment. I have not really tested the range but the state of charge indicator wildly changes under load. On a hill it will say the battery is empty and when it flattens out it will say it’s half full…. Other than that is great value. It is smaller bike so taller then 6 ft would like be uncomfortable. Also this bike is heavy!!!! Will be a bit of a lift to get it on a roof rack.
