This was a great purchase so far. Mostly assembled. But it is heavy. Very quiet when making adjustments. So far it seems sturdy and I love the padding around it. It lifts head and feet, I like the dual charging ports. But would be better if they were on both sides of the bed. And they should be placed more towards the head of the bed. Us short folks may hit the charging cables when getting in and out of the bed.

Everything came pre-assembled except the feet of the bed and a few small things, made set up really easy. It's pretty quiet and the feet height are adjustable which is great to storage underneath. Pretty happy about the purchase overall, wish there was a spot to hold the remote. Also comes with 2 USB plugs (one usb-c and one regular usb-a).

So far I’m impressed with the quality. I switched from a split king adjustable that we bought in store to a queen adjustable from Amazon. The quality is comparable the price is way better. My only concern is when you get up in middle of night there is movement of the raised parts when you get back in bed. It was easy to set up. Does require two people due to weight. I have not used the usb plug in so I can’t comment on that. You do feel the message through a 14” thick mattress. The remote is ok but doesn’t stay lit up at night while trying to use it so make that a bit difficult. Motor is quiet. I’ll update if that changes.

Product arrived in a beat up box but was well packaged and in perfect shape inside the plastic bag, styrofoam and cardboard. It comes with 6 feet that can vary the height of the base from approximately 7” to 12”. We removed a few slats in tge frame and its sits perfectly from the floor to just a few inches above the slats. Our queen size works greatand supports our weight and matress easily. This is very comfortable and supports pretty much any position. Its also relatively quiet for a motorized bed. Great value for the price. The remote is intuitive and easy to use.

I love my new adjustable bed frame! It took awhile (about a month) to get here (Alaska), but it was well worth the wait. It set up pretty easy, wasn’t too heavy and it fits my Sleep Number bed perfectly. The carrier did forget to mark the item delivered so my Amazon order kept saying Sorry, it’s late, and there wasn’t anywhere to let them know I had it. The box it came in showed the distance it traveled but the frame was in perfect condition. It is so quiet and smooth and I absolutely love the under bed light! Bonus!

I really like this, it was really easy to assemble. The only downside that I have is that if you are using the memory functions and if you have it on memory function 2 for like 30 minutes and then try to switch to memory function 1, it does not “remember” the function until you move the head a few inches and then press it again

This bed has made my life so much better! I was having a ton of trouble sleeping and pain when I tried to work with my laptop or even watch TV in bed. (I spend more time in the bed than a normal person due to medical issues.) I sleep great and the presets have made my life even easier. I HIGHLY recommed!! If I could give it 20 stars, I would.
