I have only had this chair for about two weeks, but I love it completely. It assembled pretty easily. I stand between 5'10-5'11 and 270lbs, and this chair fits and supports me extremely well. The headrest hits just right, the fact you can assemble the back depth based on your size/height is great, plus you can if you want/need to adjust it if you selected the wrong size. There are stickers on the parts to tell you what to assemble where which helps. At 51 I have sat in a LOT of desk chairs over the years and this is one of if not the most comfortable one I have ever had, I hope it lasts as long as my last chair (12 years). The lower lumbar support is great, the footrest (which I didn't think I would ever use) I have used a few times already, the adjustable armrests are nice. It isn't too heavy so you can turn it over if you need to without much effort. The only thing I did do, and this is a preference of mine is I didn't use the stock casters, I purchased a separate set of casters that are slightly larger, heavier duty and rubber not plastic. Still that is me, you might be perfectly happy with the regular ones that come with it. I tell you that to say that changing the casters doesn't affect how it moves, the stability, or comfort of the chair. I can't recommend this chair enough, plus it is a great price so you are getting your money's worth for sure. I think you will love this chair if you get it.

My review after 1 week: I was nervous to spend this much money on a chair I have never sat in, but I’m honestly very impressed by this chair. I had to get a new office chair because I was experiencing a lot of back pain and knew my old chair had to be the problem. I picked the version that has a cushion seat because that was more appealing to me. This chair is very comfortable. The cushion is a little stiff but still comfy and I think it will break in over time. I love that you can adjust the lumbar support to where you need it (my back pain is gone after a week). Also never thought I would love the adjustable arm rest the can point inward or outward, but I love them and adjust them based on whether I’m sitting up or leaning back. I also love how far i can lean back, it’s nice to be able to stretch my back out. And I love that you can lock the seat to different recline positions. Overall, I’m very happy and impressed with my purchase. I will try to remember to update in a few months.

I have developed a dependency with this chair and cannot leave it. Within minutes of assembly I found myself dozing off with the seat leaned back and my feet kicked out. The build quality is the best I have ever seen in a chair and the instructions it came with were laid out perfectly and easy to follow. The style fits exactly with my wooden desk layout and it is compact enough to fit under when fully folded. Customer service was great too when redeeming my free gift (choice of premium wheels or seat cover). If it was $100 cheaper I’d give it 6 stars but for the current price you get exactly what you pay for and that’s a premium chair containing maximum quality and comfort. This thing feels as top of line as you can get.

I upgraded from a popular brand office chair after dealing with lower back pain from long work from home days, and the ELABEST X100 has been a game changer. The 3D adjustable lumbar support is excellent — you can tweak the height, depth, and angle so it actually fits your spine instead of a generic bump. Combined with the breathable mesh back, I stay cool and supported even after 8+ hours. The 5D flip-up armrests are super useful, I can dial them in perfectly or flip them up when I want to get closer to the desk. The headrest is also adjustable and takes a lot of strain off my neck. The built-in footrest is a fantastic bonus. Sliding it out and reclining a bit during breaks feels great and helps with circulation. Assembly was straightforward and took about 20 minutes with clear instructions. The chair feels solid and stable (I’m around 190 lbs) and the wheels roll quietly. A couple of minor notes: the footrest can be a little stiff the first few times you pull it out, and like most mesh chairs it benefits from an occasional vacuum. Neither has been a real issue for me. Overall, this is one of the best ergonomic chairs I’ve used, including chairs in a much higher price range. Highly recommended if you sit for long hours and want real adjustability and all-day comfort. Also will add, the customer service has been second to none, I received an email asking if I would like an upgraded seat pad or upgraded casters, I chose the seat pad and it has been great. Amazing chair and customer service at this price.

I’ll start off by saying I am not a “chair aficionado”, and that I only rarely review products. In this instance, I felt compelled to do so. I upgraded to the X100 from a Razer Enki gaming chair as I spend a great deal of screen time and needed something which which provides significant support and works for both productivity and gaming. I do not regret this purchase one iota. This chair is quite simply spectacular in every respect. I compared the X100 to the Herman Miller chairs at my place of business, and I am completely unable to discern a difference. While I require it, I tend not to use “lumbar support” as it never seems to truly provide comfort or relief. The fact that the lumbar support in this chair is vertically adjustable by quite a degree absolutely delivers. I have it set _exactly_ where I need it, and it helps me considerably retain posture. The arm rests have ~6” of horizontal movement front/back, and 45 degree cant in/out which fits every comfort situation I have yet to encounter. As a plus, the arm rests have the capability to be levered 90 degrees upwards and out of the way. Company support has been nothing short of fantastic. They reached out to me a reasonable number of times; not to sell anything, but simply to check in and ask for personal feedback. Response time from them has consistently been less than a day. I do recommend the seat pad upgrade: which in my case was free utilizing the documentation included with the chair. Made a magnificent product even more comfortable. Assembly took 20min, if that. Very straightforward. The combination of a fantastic product, and the stellar customer support, has earned ELABEST a loyal customer in me. I have already recommended to multiple people, and will continue to do so.

I am hypermobile and short (5'2 for reference) . I've purchased three different chairs with different features in an attempt to resolve my various aches and pains sitting at a desk all day. Turns out that not very many chairs are appropriate for the vertically challenged and finding something that is customizable enough for hypermobiity is very expensive. The seat depth is a major issue for short girlies and I This is a good option that doesn't break the for short girlies or hypermobiltiy. I think this chair is still customizable enough for some tall people. I do plan on having my 6'5 husband test it out also. And can update my review then . PROS: lumbar support is customizable. The arm rests fold in to allow you to get closer to your desk and there are three different levels of recline. The adjustable headrest is a GAME CHANGER for pocket sized people especially if you have cranial cervical instability or just general neck pain. Foot rest folds under rather than flips outward. I love this because I can still flip it up with out pulling the footrest out. No squeaking. So many of my chairs have squeaked and this one does not and the wheels on my hardwood are soooo smooth and quiet. The wood accents on the chair give it a nice modern look. Many mesh chairs are just not nice to look at but this is one of the more aesthetically pleasing options. CONS: the edges of the seat are hard as the seat itself is mesh and it does dig into the back of my knees that being said I very rarely sit with my feet flat on the floor anyways. (I'm small enough to sit criss cross applesauce, I also often sit forward with my legs folded back on either side of the chair. Or resting on an elevated foot rest) The other con that I think should be mentioned is the foot rest itself is very difficult to extend. My husband did try to spray it with WD40 but it still didn't resolve it. Thankfully I am short enough that it offers leg support with out pulling it all the way. The last CON I have is not actually any fault of the chair itself I don't think. I fractured my tailbone a few years ago and while the mesh is springy, I would still like a little more cushion and ergonomic support in the hiney area. I obviously don't know for sure if this would still be an issue if I hadn't fractured my tail bone but I thought I would still mention it. All in all I'm happy with it. With technology allowing people to work more remotely, and placing alot of us in situations where we are spending longer hours at a desk, I would recommend this chair (and a good standing desk)

This chair is such an improvement over my last that I have to rate it a 5. It was well packaged and took about an hour to assemble without getting in a rush. In my last chair, I found myself sliding down and slouching after sitting in it for extended periods. This one fits me perfectly and keeps me in more of an upright position. The lumbar support is something I've been needing and very comfortable. I've never been a big fan of cushiony chairs and love the airy feeling I get from the mesh. It stands a little taller than my previous chair and fits perfectly at my desk without raising. The head rest is comfortable and adjustable. I'm not sure how often I'll use the retractable footrest, but it's a nice option. Included was an option for requesting a free seat cover or alternate set of casters. I'm going for the seat cover. It's a great chair at an affordable price.

OK, well I have a lot to say about this chair. First of all I waiting a bit to comment because it is truly a chair that is almost too good to be true. It is very stable, the height is adjustable, very easy to assemble and ergonomically my body has noticed the difference. I had to wait a bit longer to get this chair because I wanted the blue and it was worth the wait. So get this, I go to register the chair and I get an email from this lovely lady Ada who offers me FREE of charge replacement wheels to protect my beautiful wood floors or a chair cover. I was at first hesitant because who is offered something free without strings attached and without complaining in the first place. I opted for the replacement wheels of which Ada made arrangements to have them delivered again free of charge. Once the replacement wheels arrived I easily replaced them and my I wheel around my office without any fear of damage to my floors. So back to my review of the chair, it was very easy to put together, instructions were perfect, size is perfect in my office. The weight is easy for me to pick up and I can sit in this chair for many hours a day without bodily discomfort. Do not hesitate to buy this chair you will not be sorry.
