This is easily a $500+ chair. I've been stressing out over which one to buy due to how many are available. I spent 2+ weeks going through them all. I purchased two others by COLAMY thinking they would be competitive versions and they are not even of the same level. After getting this ELABEST, I returned the other two COLAMY chairs. First, the packaging was amazing and impressive. Top quality and clearly they wanted no damage to occur in shipping. The build quality is very, very good. I had no issues at all putting it together in about 20 minutes. I thought the wheel base would be wobbly due to how it goes together, but it is rock-solid. The piston on this chair travels nearly twice as high as others. This chair has everything I was looking for; the folding foot rest, a headrest fully adjustable in all directions, a fully adjustable lumbar support, a mesh seat for comfort, and a full 3-position locking reclining mechanism. The foot-rest is very comfortable due to the curved mesh pad and lays perfectly below my lower calves above the heel. The arm rests could be a bit more adjustable in height and it's a bit awkward raising them due to how far back the button is and the 45 degree sliding angle design, but they do lock in the position I want them and are perfect for me. I'm 225 lbs, 5'10", had major neck surgery and have extensive arthritis throughout my upper and lower spine and this chair is very comfortable spending 10+ hours in it each day and fits me perfectly using the red-position bolt locations for my height. PROS: - Full mesh - Upright, mid-way and full reclining angles with locking mechanism - Fully adjustable headrest - Folding footrest - Roller-blade wheel option - Solid construction - Easily take a nap in it! :) CONS: - Arm rest button location This is a solid chair, easily comparing to much more expensive chairs so save yourself the money and just buy this one. Ordering the free roller-blade wheels was as easy as emailing via the instructions with the order number and they will arrive in 1 day for me.

I received this chair in just a few days after ordering. It was packed very well and the instructions were idiot proof. I've tried many chairs around this price point and even higher, but this chair had the most option. I had the chair put together in under 45 minutes. The X100 is solid and a bit heavy. You can tell right off that it's a sturdy product that will hold up to long hours of gaming or computer work. And it's very comfortable! I have severe degenerative disc disease and have had 4 lumbar surgeries and a neck fusion, so far. More surgeries are inevitable, unfortunately. Sitting for periods of time is typically very difficult for me. However, this chair is the most comfortable ergonomic chair that I have ever used, no lie! I'm able to get back into gaming and computer work and do many hour sessions. It's a keeper! So, I registered the warranty and Miss Ada, Customer Support, was extremely nice. She even sent me a free seat pad to make things even more comfortable. The chair is simply fantastic and at a price point that won't break the bank. If you need a great ergonomic office/gaming chair, look no further than the ELABEST X100. Its features are fantastic and plentiful. It'll easily rival any of those high-priced chairs. This chair is great. This chair definitely punches above it's weight for the price. I am around 5'10" for reference and my gf is about the same. It is extremely comfortable for me and my gf. The headrest is actually comfortable, unlike most other ergo chairs. The headrest can go very low for shorter people, and high for taller people. The adjustable lumbar is great. Other chairs ive used either stick out too far and end up hurting more than helping, or don't stick out far enough so you need an extra pillow. This chair's lumbar is adjustable enough that it fits perfect for me, a person with back pain after a pretty physically intensive job. The entire construction is very sturdy. My last ergo chair broke where the backrest bolted to the press-wood seat pan. This chair has a solid frame that won't have that issue. It also has all the features I have been wanting in a chair. Flip up arms, because I have limited space. A pull out footrest for when I want to lay back watching videos or gaming. An actually usable headrest. Comfortable with lumbar support. Also, the custo.er support is amazing. I emailed them after my purchase about the included offer of either a free seat cushion or a free set of roller blade wheels that they included in the box. I took the wheels and received them after a few days. They also activated a 2 year warranty for me while I was at it. They responded fast and with courtesy. I would definitely buy from this company again. This is a great chair.
