I work from home and spend 6–10 hours a day at my desk, so comfort and support were must-haves. This chair delivered both right out of the box. Assembly was simple and took less than 20 minutes. The chair feels solid and well-built, not cheap or flimsy like others in this price range. The lumbar support is easily the best part — it hits exactly where it should and keeps my back from getting tired. The adjustable headrest and armrests also help me dial in the perfect sitting position. The mesh back is breathable (huge plus!) and the seat cushion is firm but comfortable, which keeps me from sinking in or getting sore after long sessions. It rolls smoothly, reclines nicely, and looks clean and modern in my office. If you’re looking for an affordable but genuinely ergonomic chair, the X100 is a fantastic choice. I’m extremely happy with mine and would absolutely buy it again.

Right from the delivery/box/packaging, I was impressed. The packaging was fantastic — well-protected and clearly designed to prevent any damage in shipping. Assembly took me about 15 minutes, and everything fit perfectly. I was worried about my impression when I first opened the box, it seemed like there were a million and one pieces making for a potential assembly nightmare. That was far from the truth. The chair itself is solid and sturdy. This chair easily feels like something that should cost much more. I spent days contemplating over which one to buy — there are just so many out there — and after trying chairs in the stores along with doing my research on line, I can confidently say ELABEST X100 was a solid purchase. Feature-wise, this chair checks every box for me: a fold-out footrest, a fully adjustable headrest, adjustable lumbar support, a breathable mesh seat, and a three-position reclining lock. The entire chair is super comfortable — providing the perfect level of support and comfort. For context, I’m 5' and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I spend 8+ hours a day in this chair, and I don’t feel fatigued/numb/sore. It is extremely comfortable, a great purchase. Honestly, this chair exceeded my expectations — great build quality, thoughtful design, and unbeatable comfort for the price. If you’re on the fence, just get it. You won’t regret it. This chair is the absolute BEST! I looks exactly as pictured, easy to assemble, and feels fantastic. I am very pleased with the quality, look, and feel. They did not cut corners. The foot rest is a nice touch, but don't really need it. As soon as I sit down, I feel instant relief on my lower back. It is very adaptable to my sitting habits and adjustable to my comfort level. The orange is exactly as pictured. It is a pricy chair, but so worth the money. They also sent this seat cushion as a bonus, which makes it even more comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this purchase.

This is easily a $500+ chair. I've been stressing out over which one to buy due to how many are available. I spent 2+ weeks going through them all. I purchased two others by COLAMY thinking they would be competitive versions and they are not even of the same level. After getting this ELABEST, I returned the other two COLAMY chairs. First, the packaging was amazing and impressive. Top quality and clearly they wanted no damage to occur in shipping. The build quality is very, very good. I had no issues at all putting it together in about 20 minutes. I thought the wheel base would be wobbly due to how it goes together, but it is rock-solid. The piston on this chair travels nearly twice as high as others. This chair has everything I was looking for; the folding foot rest, a headrest fully adjustable in all directions, a fully adjustable lumbar support, a mesh seat for comfort, and a full 3-position locking reclining mechanism. The foot-rest is very comfortable due to the curved mesh pad and lays perfectly below my lower calves above the heel. The arm rests could be a bit more adjustable in height and it's a bit awkward raising them due to how far back the button is and the 45 degree sliding angle design, but they do lock in the position I want them and are perfect for me. I'm 225 lbs, 5'10", had major neck surgery and have extensive arthritis throughout my upper and lower spine and this chair is very comfortable spending 10+ hours in it each day and fits me perfectly using the red-position bolt locations for my height. PROS: - Full mesh - Upright, mid-way and full reclining angles with locking mechanism - Fully adjustable headrest - Folding footrest - Roller-blade wheel option - Solid construction - Easily take a nap in it! :) CONS: - Arm rest button location This is a solid chair, easily comparing to much more expensive chairs so save yourself the money and just buy this one. Ordering the free roller-blade wheels was as easy as emailing via the instructions with the order number and they will arrive in 1 day for me.
