This chair is great. This chair definitely punches above it's weight for the price. I am around 5'10" for reference and my gf is about the same. It is extremely comfortable for me and my gf. The headrest is actually comfortable, unlike most other ergo chairs. The headrest can go very low for shorter people, and high for taller people. The adjustable lumbar is great. Other chairs ive used either stick out too far and end up hurting more than helping, or don't stick out far enough so you need an extra pillow. This chair's lumbar is adjustable enough that it fits perfect for me, a person with back pain after a pretty physically intensive job. The entire construction is very sturdy. My last ergo chair broke where the backrest bolted to the press-wood seat pan. This chair has a solid frame that won't have that issue. It also has all the features I have been wanting in a chair. Flip up arms, because I have limited space. A pull out footrest for when I want to lay back watching videos or gaming. An actually usable headrest. Comfortable with lumbar support. Also, the custo.er support is amazing. I emailed them after my purchase about the included offer of either a free seat cushion or a free set of roller blade wheels that they included in the box. I took the wheels and received them after a few days. They also activated a 2 year warranty for me while I was at it. They responded fast and with courtesy. I would definitely buy from this company again. This is a great chair.

So far this chair is amazing! It arrived quickly, and I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow. I sit at my desk for up to 10 hours a day so having an ergonomic chair is important and this one is perfect for the price! I can easily move the arms out of the way (I rarely use them), and the lumbar adjusts to about 4-5 different height levels so I can move it from my lower to mid back quite easily. The seat is nice and deep so I am getting the support I need for my legs and hips and the chair raises and lowers to good heights (I'm 5'6". I appreciate the mesh style because I live in AZ so my office gets pretty warm, and I don't feel that the chair is too bulky like some others that I've used. It's functional and comfortable! I have not tried the foot rest but it seems to be pretty sturdy.

Great chair, glad I chose this one. I'm 6'1, 240lbs and it fits me perfectly. I had another chair that kept me too low to the ground, this one lets me sit higher and is easier to get down into and helps with my posture. I love all of the configurability such as the lumbar support, the arms that can move in and out and raise up and down. I also noticed they include an offer to send complimentary roller blade style wheels, so I emailed and got them within a couple days. Great customer service, specifically Ada from customer support. Huge shout out to her! I also got it on sale, so it was definitely a great value, especially compared to other chairs at a similar price. I highly recommend it, especially if you're a bigger/taller guy like me. Thank you again Elabest! You rock!

This is the best office chair I have owned in my 73 years. Out of the box, it took me about an hour to assemble. I am not mechanically inclined and took my time. The instructions are well written in English and the parts are very well labeled. It is comfortable, the wheels move easily, and it is adjustable for my frame. I am 5'10" and weigh 225. It holds my weight with no problem the adjustable headrest is wonderful! The lumbar support is much appreciated. I certainly can recommend this chair and this company!

Almost everything on the chair can be adjusted so many different ways. It was also incredibly easy to assemble. Everything is packaged individually inside the box which made things a breeze.
