has a very very strong smell of rubber or the material or paint... i like the set as it does give a good amount of guidance but would have appreciated an instructional bookllet or dummy guide apart from the one presented on the amazon website. the size is indeed a bit small so if you are on the plus size like me, might be a bit tight. specific feedback on the elbow guide, would have been best to make it a bit more stiff as the clicker is easily bent.

You can tell the intent of this item is to stabilize and restrict movements to adhere to correcting bad habits in the golf swing. The set comes with multiple pieces with Velcro straps. Unfortunately, if you have larger than average muscle mass, it won’t fit. For those who aren’t, it is a great beginners training aid.

This swing trainer is great in theory, but my husband found it WAY too small to be effective. Wish it was available in different sizes, needed to return it.

I’m an absolute beginner golfer. Took a few lessons but this package helped me more than the lessons. I only used the wristband and the arm band and it immediately improved my pitching. I recommend this product.

The elbow and wrist definitely helped improved my swing. I have not tried the others as I got what I needed from the wrist and elbow corrections. Now driving long and straight drives.
