I really like this bag! The color and the size are on point. It was great to take shopping when I had a bunch of clothes from home in my bag that I was looking to match items with, because the size and shape makes it easy to see what you've got in there. The smaller compartment came in handy to keep my wallet and phone in so I could easily find it. A couple of things could have been better: - it could have been packaged to protect from creases because it will arrive with a few wrinkles. First, I stuffed and hung the bag for a week to see if gravity would relax them, but they didn't completely disappear. Then, I gently and briefly steamed the bag from the inside with a hand held steamer, and the wrinkles came out - so this method works! The bag looks so much better having done this :) - the large inside pocket could easily have been sewn on the seam, so that the stitches wouldn't show on the outside surface of the purse - it would have kept the look a smidge neater. Too bad that little detail was overlooked, but that's one of the differences between a $26 dollar bag and a high end one. Overall, a great buy for the price. Recommend.

This Montana West Tote Bag has a great style to it and the sleek black color makes it look stylish. When I’m running errands it is comfortable to me The tote bag is made of a material that it is lightweight but sturdy enough so that nothing falls out. It’s great for me to put all of my face creams, eyeliner, lipstick, keys, and just about everything. I highly recommend this Montana West tote bag.

This purse has passed my very picky personal litmus test of faux leather. I normally am a bit of a leather snob, rarely accepting any pleather, PVU, or vegan leatherette materials. I can tell pretty quickly when something's not real leather. This bag has a near spot-on leather look to it - - even the *inside* of the bag looks like a genuine unlined leather bag interior. Beautiful, slouchy, and buttery, with a slight droop in all the right places to look stylish hanging off your shoulder. At the same time, the straps are strong, and hold up quite a bit of weight (and you can put a LOT into this capacious bag; so far I've got a 6x8 hardback planner, small zipped cosmetic bag, wallet, medicine bag, work keys, house keys, cell phone, inhaler, full-sized tube of hand cream. . .and room for a lot more!). There is an unzipped pocket on the inside that you could also store extra stuff bin. I got the beigey-walnut color, and it's really complementing a lot in my wardrobe so far. Been using this every single day, slinging it around, hanging off chairs, etc. and this thing shows no wear and tear, no threads or frayed corners. Just a fantastic bag!

I recently ordered the Montana West Tote Bag in Classic Khaki, and overall, it’s a great everyday handbag with a classy, neutral look that goes with almost anything. The size is perfect for carrying all my essentials (and then some), and the soft material gives it a nice, relaxed vibe. Pros: * **Beautiful color:** The Classic Khaki is a lovely, versatile shade that looks even better in person. * **Roomy interior:** It fits everything I need—wallet, makeup bag, phone, planner—with plenty of space to spare. * **Comfortable to carry:** The straps are the right length and don’t dig into my shoulder, even when the bag is full. * **Lightweight:** Despite the size, the bag doesn’t feel heavy or bulky. Cons: * **Lacks structure:** I do wish the bag had a firmer base or some reinforcement to help it hold its shape better—it can feel a bit too slouchy when it’s not full. * **No zipper or magnetic closure:** There’s no secure way to close the bag, which makes it feel a little too open for comfort, especially in public. * **Few internal compartments:** It would be much more functional with a few more pockets or dividers to keep things organized. That said, it’s still a stylish, affordable option for daily use or casual outings. If you're okay with a more relaxed, unstructured tote, it’s a great buy!

As my title implies, in the past couple of weeks of using this bag, I have found it to be a comfortable, luxurious, soft, casual but sleek hobo bag. I love to use bags like this for my brief grocery trips or to return library books or just to take my lunch to work or whatever. This is so an easy cost-effective way to elevate any look while fulfilling an everyday, mundane action. Not to put too fine a point on it but this is SO SOFT. It makes using the bag some comfortable. It also folds up nicely if you need to stow it away for whatever reason. I am always a bit skeptical of ‘vegan leather’ but this actually fits the bill. It seems like real leather. It looks great and feels great. At this price point, you can afford to get a couple. I have everything in black but I see this being especially relevant and stylish next fall. I can’t wait to show this off in that context.

At first, Montana West Tote Bag was perhaps too plain and slightly too floppy, or so I thought. But with a lightweight, roomy body, a cell phone slip pocket, and a handle drop * just* long enough for me to weave my bent elbow through and drop the bag on my shoulder in one fell swoop, it won me over for some short errands. Then–in a moment of hurried desperation–when I looped it over opposite shoulders on my back for a quick bike ride, the flexible utility of a seamed panel design became clear, at least for my 5’10” 155 lbs. frame: spreading from 15” to 20” across the shoulders, the lined straps are comfortably accommodating while the top flattens closed between them, with the volume for the contents expanding squarely to distribute the balance evenly toward the lumbar region. Shifting back to a tote on arrival, my new boho bike backpack turns into my new chic shopper without organizational transfers, choices or changes, so this will get far more use than I expected at request.
