First off, I NEVER write reviews. However, I am having such an incredible experience with this E-bike, I decided to let the world know. The looks are so unique. I have received more compliments on it's looks then I can count. No one has ever seen any other Ebike like it. I use the Ebike as my main mode of transportation, it rides so smooth with its large super comfortable seat! And it stops on a dime with the 4 piston Hydraulic Brakes. The Ebike arrived quickly, was packaged well and was easy to complete the assembly. You basically have to put the handle bars on along with the front tire. It Took 15 minutes. I have over 700 miles on it now and it rides just as good as the day I took it out of the box. I added a few additional parts. A backup camera instead of mirrors,(looks really cool and eliminates mirrors sticking out past the end of the bars) along with a suspension seat post, a rear bag and some lights. Their customer service is second to none. I had multiple questions and each and every time their customer support would reply back the SAME DAY!! You can't get customer service better then that. I am a 220LB guy who rides with at least 10lbs of additional gear and I get 60 miles on a charge while going 30 MPH on setting 5 (The highest setting). The battery charger is 2 AMPS so it takes about 7 hours to get a full charge with a depleted battery. The rear suspension is really stiff, so I would recommend a suspension seat post. This is my 3rd Ebike and by far the nicest one yet. With the 8 speed gears, you still have resistance at the pedals when going over 20 miles per hour. On my past EBikes, the pedals were useless once you hit 18 MPH. The pedals wold just "float" With my Cybervelo I can pedal past 25MPH and still feel resistance from the Crank while in gear 8. Honestly, if you are looking for a really good looking, extremely well built bike with great brakes, super comfortable seat, great tires and will go as fast as you will ever need, this is the Ebike for you. You will also have piece of mind knowing that exceptional customer service is here to support you should a problem arise or if you just have questions. Bottom line, do yourself a favor, purchase this Ebike, you won't regret it!

Bike has good suspension, a fairly comfortable seat. I can only get 32mph out of it which is good enough. Battery has good distance and recharges in about 4 to 6 hrs.

I love this bike! It looks awesome, goes fast, is super convenient with being foldable, and lasts a very long time on a charge. I got this bike as an upgrade from my last 26” fat tire that went 28moh and this was definitely a big enough improvement that I was happy with making the purchase. I got in a wreck (car pulled out in front of me) going pretty quick and only managed to get a couple scrapes in the frame but still works great and runs fine even after a heavy impact. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.

Bike was ordered for my son to replace the prior model. He got hit by a car so the other bike is messed up...2 months old. So far this bike seems good. It is a BIG bike. So remember that if you get it for a teenager. Seems built well. Definitely has cheap tires on it...I would say starter tires. The bike looks awesome. Definitely impressed with the craftsmanship. Only had it about 2 weeks. No issues so far from him.

The media could not be loaded. I initially gave this bike a bad review but after working with the seller I am revising my review to give you honest and balanced feedback. Pros: having 2 batteries is a game changer. The ability to charge one and use the other of fast swap is a big deal. The seat is very comfortable. Headlight is powerful. Set up was easy. Shipping was quick. Construction is sturdy. Ride is comfortable. Quick pickup, powerful and responsive brakes. Metal pedals when most are plastic. The design is BEAUTIFUL. It is useful that it folds. Cons: The first huge con is that this bike is not 2200W or even 2000W. It is a 1000W motor. This was my biggest problem because it is less than half what they market it as. They apologized and gave me a $106 partial refund for the trouble quickly. It is marketed as having 36mph top speed which is not possible beacause i tested it at top speed with no weight, letting the rear wheel float and maxed out at 32mph. On a flat road I got 31mph and I am 6'1 / 198lbs. The instructions are in broken english so it is hard to follow and mentions modifying speed limiter but I could not get to it. The bike is very heavy so if you are shorter than 5'-10" and are not pretty strong, this bike is not for you. It has a narrow turn radius which is cumbersome getting in and out of elevators. I got a flat within 1 hour of driving on the road due to a piece of tire with wire sticking out of it. Had to Uber XL it back home. I don't blame them for that but keep in mind that fix a flat does not work and makes a huge mess. I was able to clean it up and patch it, looking into more hardcore self healing tubes.

Def bigger than expected but the bike is great quality so far! Right out the box ready to go just put the tire and seat basically ready. Comfortable ride and the shock absorption works great for cushioning the terrain. Bright LCD screen that gives you all details you need. Fold function works great but too big for a trunk of car. Fast as well I’m 5”10 about 185 I get 31- 32 mph. Bike does what’s advertised great product. Wish it was lighter as bike is heavy.

Very DANGEROUS to climb on if you are not TALL! And the kickstand is terrible. Keeps eBike almost vertical. Your pinky finger will make it fall over with just a slight push. Anyway, I am sorry I bought it, made a bad choice.

Great bike, super powerful and easy to put together. Very fast! I recommend this for commuting and long distance. Very heavy as I could not bring it up stairs so I had to find an alternative spot like the shed.
