Sink is described as a top mount sink, but provided template is for undermount. Sink measures 15" x 15" and needs a minimum cutout of 14 x 14 inches to clear the mounting clips. An exact cutout of 14" x 14" will make the installation of the clips more difficult, if you can install them at all. I was not able to install the clips on the rear of the sink due to the design of the clips. Clips would slip out of mount as they were tightened. Hopefully the silicon and plumbing will be enough to hold the sink in place. ... show more
