We ordered two bikes. These were our first electric bikes. We selected this brand after much research and reading reviews. We were not disappointed. They were shipped promptly and with verifiable tracking information. The bikes are heavy duty, well-designed, and solidly constructed. They were very well-packed to prevent any shipping damage. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were easily followed. We found several of the assembly steps were already completed by the manufacturer before shipping. The first bike took about 45 minutes to assemble; the second about half that time. The batteries were partially charged and took two hours each to charge completely. As recommended, we started riding at a power level of 1 and in first gear. This was enough to get my 200+ pounds moving briskly slightly uphill without peddling, which is all we wanted for riding at state parks. We plan to take our bikes camping, and the folding feature is awesome, making it compact and simple to carry on our trailer rear rack. It does take two people to lift them safely due to the weight. Optionally, we can easily remove and carry the batteries separately to lessen the weight for loading. Each battery pack weighs just over 9 pounds. Batteries are key locked into place for security and are removable without folding the bike or removing the seat (like some other brands). The price for these bikes is competitive, but considering the quality and features (and Amazon rewards), they are an outstanding value. Our only suggestion for improvement is to offer wider seats for “heavier” riders. We strongly recommend this e-bike.

Bike came somewhat preassembled which made it even faster to put together. Also the packaging was amazing I see time was taken to prevent damages. So far so good it looks better in person and the adjustments for height and angles give the rider so much room for comfort. I had an issue with the headlight not working, but the after sales team worked with me through the process, and got it resolved asap. I would recommend this bike to anyone. It will mostly be used as a pit bike. Took it to Barber motosports park and it made life way easier to get around for the three days I was there. I kept the power on level 5(max) and rarely used the pedals got about 40miles before I hit the low battery notch. This was going up hill a lot as well.

I purchased the bike in orange. It's speckled paint, not what I'd call metallic, but I like it. Folding it is tricky, but I suspect it will get easier as I learn the mechanics of it better. The power feels plentiful and the motor is responsive. I have yet to run the battery down because I haven't had time to really put it through it's paces yet. The brakes are very good. The bike is quite hefty, but not impossibly so. It can go on a bike rack and handles well. So far, no real complaints. Can't wait to see what this baby can really do!

This is a 5 star product. I researched plenty before purchasing and I'm very pleased. The intended use is mostly on local roads and as such level 1 and 2 pedal assist are proving to be well designed to quickly clear the intersections. Brakes are strong and are wired for motor disconnect upon application. 7 speed Shimano derailer smoothly shifts up and down. The controller display could be a bit larger and brighter but for me a minor point. The bike speedo function reported about 3 MPH high. Changed the wheel diameter preset. The display now matches local radar speed measureing signs as well as GPS. The 3 inch tires are sure footed crossing ribbed drain lids. Top speed is every bit of 28 MPH. Head light and Brake/tail lights are effective. I plan on installing mirrors, radar and a bike cargo rack. My grandson has a 4 wheeler that uses a thumb throttle. My preferences, but not worth changing the twist grip throttle. To get out of the neighborhood I have to drive up a 30 degree hill.. While sitting and pedaling in first gear and level 1 pedal assist, the bike will actually accelerate up the hill. With all said and done I would buy again.

Truly amazing! Given the bicycle’s weight, having either a professional bicycle mechanic or a trusted, mechanically inclined friend assist with the assembly would be beneficial. This machine will help me ease back into cycling after a hiatus post-COVID-19. The ride comfort is smooth and enjoyable, and the motor is quiet and responsive. So far, I am impressed with the battery life, and its ease of removal is desirable to my needs. As a mass transit professional and a multimodal proponent, I will also use it to commute to and from work.

Bought two of these bikes as a gift for my wife’s and my 26th wedding anniversary. The bikes are not terrible. The good: 1) Great power and motor; 2) Robust frame; 3) Battery easy to remove; 4) Bikes look great! The not so good: 1) Disk brakes bent and had uneven braking; 2) Bent bracket near rear derailer prevented shifting into 6th and 7th gears; 3) Squeaking front shocks - this one really drove us crazy. Both of the bikes had this issue so there is clearly an issue with the shocks. There was literally a chirp when going over any bump. On uneven terrain, you literally cannot hear anything else other than the chirping of the front shocks; 4) Motor provides power for about two seconds after pedaling stops. Seems to be a bit of a safety issue. We really wanted to love these bikes but the overall lack of quality build, we could not even get to like them. We are returning ours.
