My freezer turned into a swamp, and I lost a month’s worth of meal-prep chicken. Never again. First off, the dual fuel option is genius. Gasoline or LPG (propane)? Yes, please. I hooked it up to a 20lb propane tank (the kind you already have for your grill), and it runs cleaner, quieter, and way longer. EcoFlow claims up to 40% better fuel efficiency when charging the DELTA Pro 3, and honestly, it delivers. I charged my fully depleted DELTA Pro 3 way faster than I expected, with way less fuel burned than my old clunky gas generator ever managed. It's perfect for our needs. Love the fact that it's auto start/stop when our Ecoflow Delta Pro 3, Delta 2 Max, Delta 3 Plus or Delta 3 needs to be topped off. It would have come in real handy after hurricane Helene when we were without power for 9 days. We do have a 2500 watt inverter generator and it was our workhorse during the aftermath. It's dual fuel, so we fuel it with propane. And having the capability of monitoring the propane levels in the app is great. I did have an issue initially with trying to connect it to wifi and Bluetooth, but eventually it all worked out. It is heavy, but I have no issues rolling it around on the 2 back wheels. The first time I tried to start it, it cranked up without a hitch. Don't know about it's battery life yet. However, if there's an issue it can use the power in whatever power station I need to charge to start itself. That's pretty cool! I'm still breaking it in, but I'm quite pleased with it. In fact, I wish that the power would go out. LOL

I purchased a $3,400 Delta Pro 3 system. The experience was a disaster, and after researching other reviews, I realized I am not the only victim. 1. Chronic FedEx Failure: Multiple recent reviews (Feb, March) complain about FedEx delays and ignored delivery windows. One user specifically stated, "I set delivery windows and they were not respected." This happened to me too. I missed Easter Sunday with my family because FedEx ignored the 12-4pm window. To add insult to injury, after 4 PM, FedEx continued to state on their webpage that my unit would be delivered by "end of day." I was stuck waiting until around 8 PM. Then their instructions went blank while they decided what to do. The next morning, they said 9:40 AM – 12:40 PM, so I had my wife call off work to meet the time. By 12 PM, they switched it to 12:40 – 4:40 PM. Wow!!! EcoFlow contracted FedEx and is therefore responsible for these systemic failures. They knowingly failed to correct the problem at the expense of us customers and failed to meet Amazon's policies. 2. Hidden Items: My main unit was hidden until the day of delivery, despite an April 13 promise. Other users report "missing solar panels" and "still waiting on packages." 3. Arrogant Customer Service & Forced Escalation: When I reached out to explain the severe disruption (missing a major holiday and my wife's work shift), they did not even attempt to consider my perspective. Instead of listening, they immediately "blew me off" with a generic "policy" statement. I explicitly offered to withhold this 1-star review if they would simply escalate the issue to a manager and offer a fair settlement. They ignored that offer completely, refusing to engage or acknowledge the reality of the situation. It is clear they view customers as numbers, not people, and have no intention of resolving valid complaints unless forced. 4. Seller Negligence: EcoFlow continues to use a carrier that consistently fails their customers, yet they claim "fulfillment issues are not due to the seller." This is a lie. They knew there were systemic issues and still chose FedEx! They are responsible. Conclusion: Do not buy from EcoFlow if you value your time or dignity. They have a proven pattern of using a negligent carrier, hiding items, and refusing to listen to valid complaints. Amazon needs to audit their logistics and customer service immediately.

All of the Exoflow gear is nice but this beast is the long outage backup. Paired with the Delta Pro or Pro 3 and a med to large propane tank and one Delta can have virtually limitless battery life as it automatically controls the Gen when needed and the tanks are easy to store and readily available on any gas grill in a real emergency

The generator stopped working after about a month and roughly 5 hours of testing using propane. I tried several troubleshooting steps, including changing the oil, cleaning the filter, checking for updates, inspecting the battery and terminals, replacing the spark plug, and switching to gas to rule out issues with my propane line. Despite these efforts, nothing resolved the problem. I contacted EcoFlow, and they asked me to send videos and describe what I had already tried. After I provided the information, they requested that I return the unit. I’ve sent it back and am now waiting for a replacement. EcoFlow has provided excellent service by standing behind their product. The new unit was dispatched today, and I hope it continues to work smoothly. 🤞🏾

Generator: Great that it uses gas and LPG, both being readily available. I have not used gasoline yet since efficiency is better with LPG, and prices don't warrant the switch. Operation is a bit noisy, but comparable to most generators. Power output for the size is reasonable, though make sure it will meet your needs. It's not going to work for heavy usage. I've been using the generator with battery a job site (house remodel) for over a month. I'm able to run a diesel heater, pancake compressor, LED work lights, and a 15 amp saw without issue, and over a normal days use, see about 50-60% of the battery depleted. The battery has an internal fan which kicks on any time it's supplying power or charging. That could be a bit quieter, as I typically charge it overnight. By default, the unit is set to fast charge. A simple switch changes it to charge at 400w. My only complaint so far is the app, required for most configuration, requries you to create a cloud account to log in. EcoFlow support says login is only occasionally required so you can still use it offline (as long as you can get online to log in when it is requried). For a system that is intended to be used in off-grid senarios, the mandatory tie in to a cloud account is a major issue. For me, this system is never used in a location that has internet access. For this reason, I've not been able to see what advanced configurations are available. My use has been limited to the buttons and screens on the battery and generator themselves. It would be really nice if Eco-Flow would allow the app to connect via bluetooth (which it dose already) without the need for internet or a cloud account (except for optional software updates if desired). The battery unit is heavy. Which is to be expected. The wheels and handle work alright indoors, but count on picking it up if it ever goes outside. There is very little ground clearance. A small internal heater would be a welcome upgrade. Being able to leave the battery unit in an unheated space in the winter is a no go, limiting it's usefulness and making mobility even more important. Overall, the functionality, ease of use, and portability are a bit better than many of the alternative options, but for that you will make a few sacrifices. For example, the Lycan is big and heavy, but has no internet requirement, and is fully user upgradable, so it will have a longer useful life, but good luck getting it up the stairs single handed. A 1500w space heater will run for about 2 - 2.5 hours on battery alone.

I recently purchased the Ecoflow Delta Pro, and I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations as a backup generator for my home. With its impressive power output, this device can easily power all of my home appliances in the event of a power outage. One of the things I love about the Ecoflow Delta Pro is the smart generator feature. When the battery on the Delta Pro runs low, the generator automatically starts up to recharge it, which is incredibly convenient. This means that I don't have to worry about constantly monitoring the battery levels or manually starting the generator. Overall, I'm very impressed with the Ecoflow Delta Pro and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable backup generator for their home. It's efficient, easy to use, and provides plenty of power to keep everything running smoothly during an outage.
