Customer service is great. The first box came looking like it fell off of a truck. It was ripped open and completely wrapped with tape. I was not surprised that parts were missing. After communicating with the customer service, they sent a second box. It arrived just as damaged as the first but thank the Lord nothing was missing. Just a few scratches. Mine arrived with only 2 of 3 crossbars, and only 2 of the 6 vertical bars had end caps. The box was somewhat beat up, but it seems that it was shipped missing these parts. Installation is pretty straightforward, although the crossbars (if you are lucky enough to receive them) do need to be trimmed to the proper length.
